Extremely disappointed in this business. This business recently changed hands from All Star Car Wash. All Star Car Wash had been pre-selling car wash ticket books prior to selling their business to Splash Car Wash. Splash took over this business location, however they are not honoring the prior ticket book sales. Essentially it boils down to All Star owners closing shop, pocketing the money from pre-sold ticket books, and Splash not making any accommodation for the outstanding ticket books out in the wild. Simply put, it's theft, and Splash is turning a blind eye to this.
When I attempted to use a ticket, I was turned away. The employee/operator gave me a piece of paper stating they wouldn't honor the ticket and then ran into the building without dialogue. The piece of paper said that it "was a financial hardship for our small business. " This small business operates in over 50 locations. I'm taking my business to someone local instead of a business headquartered in Connecticut.
