Sport Clips Haircuts of South Hanover

Took my son in for a Mohawk and they cut his hair soo short he now has a small spike in the front side of his head. We waited for over an hour to get his hair cut. Asked for a refund, they said said they don't do refunds. But we will give you free hair cuts.

I paid $33 for a haircut and beard trim and let me tell you this is the most I ever paid for a hair cut and it was the worst cut ever. I was in the chair for literally 10 minutes and was done. Nobody was wearing mask…. This was the one in Hanover pa

The associates at this shop in Hanover PA really seem to care about what they're doing. Kate did my haircut, and even took the time to help me find a product that was not as heavy as the one I've been using.

The atmosphere is great, but we miss Vicky. If anyone wants to get in touch with her, I found her!:)

Had Debbie for a cut. Was amazed at how gentle the shampooing was! So relaxing that I almost fell asleep in the shampoo chair! Highly recommend Debbie

We have brought our boys here several times for hair cuts. The ladies typically do great work. But for some reason the last time we came she rushed through it and you could tell. We will be taking the boys somewhere else from now on.

I usually do not condone bad reviews but this is just unprofessional and bad business practice.they get one bad review and all current employees create 5 star reviews all in the same day one after another so the total score raises? I do not trust or respect this type of practice.beware.

I have to say as loyal customer to sportclips as a whole I am very sad to write this review. But it needs to be done. I will no longer go to this location any longer. Once again due to upper management and ownership my stylist was let go. They get so many great stylist but only can keep them for a year a let them go. The last few times I was there I was told drama that a customer does not need to know. They all talk about each other and act like best friends. I was lucky enough to know a stylist that reached out to me to let me know where she was going because she knew how picky I was with who cut my hair. I have to agree with the others to see employees writing reviews to cover up bad ones is shady and uncalled for. IT SHOW WHAT MATTERS MORE. Money over customer service should never be more important. It shows how employees are treated and when that happens then customer service is poor. I do not recommend this location any longer. I will now travel 10 more mins to get better customer service and know my stylist will be there to cut my hair when I need it.

Also anyone that knows who the employees are report them for conflict of interest. Reviews are for customers not employees to hide bad reviews. I will be reporting anyone that I is an employee. I live off reviews as I am in customer service and at my job we would never turn down a bad review but to learn from it and grow as a company.

I went to the south Hanover sport clips after my hair got butchered at another place, I was lucky to get Debbie, she worked her magic and hooked me up, so thankful, I highly recommended her, did a fantastic job, I’ll Deff be back, ty soo much debbie

I brought my son here for the 2nd time for a haircut before school started his stylist was Carly she actually did his 1st haircut I’ve always cut it for years now but he absolutely loved her he is 9 yrs old now & told me that Carly will be doing his hair from now on! Very clean place & on time My boy Ashton thx u again

Had Vicky for my hair cut. Very professional and always asking if I liked what she was doing. Also gave me helpful hints to keep my hair good. Very pleasant. Would highly recommend. Did a wonderful job with the cut as well.

Clippers were not cleaned before my hair was cut. If your head gets cut by them and they are filthy you can get ringworm. Haircut was ok but felt like I was just ran through and I was just “another customer”. Maybe it’s just me but my last haircut the woman was so sweet and actually talked to me about the haircut and felt like she took pride in it. Made sure she missed absolutely nothing. Let’s just say I’m never going back here again and only went because my other haircut woman was busy. But now…I’ll wait for when she is available. Just my opinion….

I went to Vicky a couple weeks ago for my daughter and son to get haircuts. We had Vicky and she was AMAZING! She is extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. She knew exactly what to recommend for my son’s haircut when I said “I just want something different and cool”. She cut my daughter’s hair perfectly to give her curls life back! I came today and requested her because I immediately was drawn to her and wanted her for my hair trims as well. Once again, I left completely happy. I’d recommend Vicky time and time again!
