Alyssa was amazing! I’ve had Great experiences at both Sportsclips! She was very good with instructions on holding my mask while cutting my hair. Staff have always been good here and at Moosic! Tracey and Kristi are first class as well! Always take good care and remember me.

Was looking for a quick shape-up between cuts with my normal barber, this place was recommended, then i found out you get 1 free shape-up with every cut! And Alyssa was great, NO complaints.will definitely be back!

Lorraine is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! Not only her but all of the stylists there do an excellent job and they make sure you are satisfied with your haircut.

Don't bother. Turned me away with 45 mins until close because I didn't check in online (the system was down and couldn't confirm my new online account). Not one person was waiting in line. I got the feeling the ladies who turned me away just wanted their shift over. The customer does not come first in this business. I never got my haircut at a sports clips before. Now I never will.

I was greeted cheerfully and professionally by the girls there. They made sure every thing was clean and done by the book. Very efficient and quickly done by Amanda. She was very nice with much experience with mens haircuts. I will definitely be back! Thank you girls of Sports Clips!

Amanda always does a great job. Wait time was quick when you do the online check in staff was very friendly and courteous and as always cleanliness was exceptional

Was in town for a couple of days and needed a haircut bad. They were able to get me in same day. The barber gave me a great cut and she was super nice.

My personal hair stylist (Kristi) is awesome.
Usually go to the Moosic, PA (1051 Shoppes Blvd) store, but the stylist was at the Wilkes-Barre, PA store (11 Bear Creek Blvd # 309).

Good:
1. At Wilkes-Barre.the shampooing chairs are more comfortable (for bigger men). I was able to feel the massaging rollers and my neck wasn't pinched while getting my hair washed!

Got my sons first haircut and the employees here were great and the haircut came out great also.

Pleasant, quick service. Good hair cut. I especially like that Sports Clips supports St Baldwick' s Foundation (for childhood cancer research). That is very near and dear to us.

I don't think there's a single stylist in this location I wouldn't trust cutting my hair. This has to be the friendliest, most knowledgeable group of stylists I've ever encountered while getting my haircut.

Wide-range of products and excellent customer service. Sports Clips is a guaranteed safe choice for me, and I’ve never been disappointed after my many visits. All of the stylists at this location provide excellent service and experience. Alyssa is my primary stylist and has always been helpful, precise, and courteous to my preferences.

This place is ridiculous. Get some people in here who have customer service. I signed up online for a 15 minute wait. I sit in my car for 15 minutes then go inside and my name isn’t on the board. The girl goes “oh that weird” why don’t you just wait. It was 54 minute wait. What’s the point of signing up online then. What a waste of time!

Pre sign in with phone is nice. They are friendly and do a great cut. Seems like they have some good hair care product. I try them next time

It's a beauty salon for "guys". Same products, but heavens forbid you question the rampant false masculinity.

I couldn't ask for more. The friendliness, customer service, quality of the products, and let's not forget a good haircut. And the interior is very inviting as well.

Great people with a heart. A place I would rather be operated on then the next door VA hospital. This joint is cleaner. Great haircut, no nonsense and nice people. Give them a try. You will see the difference.

Both of my boys love to go here! They are always very friendly and they make sure that the boys are always happy with their hair.
