We've had an extraordinary experience with our hut tub, from the buying process, through delivery and ongoing support. Our salesman Austin has been fantastic. He helped us to evaluate our options and to make the most informed decision up front. Since installation, he has always been there to answer questions that have come up from time to time. I can't say enough. Delivery team was fantastic as well, very friendly and did a nice job with the install. Highly recommended all around. The hot tub has been great too!

I Love my hot tub! And I love the people at Spring Dance Hot Tubs. They are all very kind and very helpful! I was in the Exton store today and the manager was extremely helpful! I think his name was Austin. He went above and beyond! Thank you Austin!

Austin Smith is the reason we keep coming back to Springdance Hottubs! He's responsive, follows up, and is wealth of knowledge, beyond that, Austin is friendly, jovial and goes out his way to look after us and customers!

Austin goes above and beyond to be helpful and informative. He is so knowledgeable on the full line of hut tubs they sell and just incredibly helpful with any water quality or operational questions. He has helped me multiple times in the store and over the phone with any questions. Spring Dance stocks everything I need for my salt water hot tub and at a good price. I didn't even end up buying my hot tub from them, but I definitely will when I decide to replace my current one.

I purchased my new hot tub from Spring Dance about 5-6 years ago. I have a cracked fitting (leak) and needed service. I contacted them in the first week of June. Kyle scheduled an appointment for me and they didn't show even though I stayed home from work. They had someone stop by late the following day. He confirmed my findings, but could not fix it then. Said he would return 2-3 days later and get it fixed but did not. I have sent so many emails and left so many messages with no reply. I even tried to contact the SALES department (who should never let a call go unanswered) and can never get a person. It is now late July and it's still broken. This place is terrible. Maybe it's because they just sold out to a large conglomerate and everyone is jumping ship. Steer clear.

Spring Dance Exton, PA - our guy Austin is the absolute best we have ever encountered. Not an exaggeration. Pleasant, energetic, informative, always follows through. Steered us through issues and helped us narrow down our purchase at the beginning. He will do Facetime, text, phone, email, you name it. This is how it's done, folks. Superb!

I can't say enough about the service that was provided to us from Spring Dance hot tubs. They were so knowledgeable and helpful! I have never had a hot tub and Austin went through every aspect of all the hot tubs with me pleasantly and professionally. He helped me choose the perfect hot tub for my family and even checked in with me after the hot tub was received to make sure everything was OK. The hot tub itself is absolutely wonderful! Thank you Austin and everyone at Sundance hot tubs for all your help and for providing us with a quality product at a price that was affordable.

It's been almost 13 years since I purchased my hot tub from Spring Dance. I wrote a review about one year afterwards about how impressed I was with everything about the tub, but more importantly, their people.
Before buying I had no real desire to have a tub. That changed quickly. But what I am so impressed with is that, nearly 13 years later, they continue to amaze me in every way. Any time I had a need or a question, they have been so responsive and responsible. The tub is still great with minor maintenance. When ever I needed service, their people (from initial phone call to the actual service) have been outstanding. They listen. Just yesterday I visited the Exton store and a fine young man named Austin helped me with such enthusiasm and support that I thought on my drive home.wow, I certainly made the right decision years ago. For anyone ever considering getting a tub, I suggest they go meet Austin or anyone at this outstanding place. You get a great unit but more importantly, you get a support system of people who listen, help and support their product.

We dealt with the Exton office a few times during covid, service was horrible. Service appointments were always late and a no show. Nobody answers phone in the store so you spend hours waiting.

We have had our hot tub for 8 years from the Exton store. I take very good care of the hot tub. We had a problem with the cover. Service came out and drilled a hole to fix the bracket. Now there is a small leak. I have been trying to talk to Kathy in service with no luck. Also her mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. I’ve called the showroom at all times of the day…no answer.
Is this store still operating? !? !

Just had a great experience with our sales and delivery. Greg Wagner was awesome as our sales associate. Cam and his team (Mike and Cole) were so nice, knowledgeable and STRONG.

I recently received my hot tub which I purchased from Springdance Hot Tubs (warrington location). The first time I went into the show room was over a year ago and I decided to wait to make the purchase (that is my only regret). A year and a half later I can’t imagine not having my hot tub. As far as Springdance goes, the service is second to none. From the sales end to the delivery, the team was great. I had a minor issue with the tub (a light out) which was a factory issue and easily fixed in a half hour. The action Springdance took was exceptional! The store manager whom I spoke to showed up with the service technician to make sure the issue was fixed.

This is the first review I’ve ever written but this kind of service is born into a company and it’s hard to find now days. Thanks Springdance!

My experience with Spring Dance scores a solid 10/10! I simply can't say enough about Austin, my salesman, and the outstanding delivery team led by Cameron. From the initial introduction through to my first week of ownership, Austin was right by my side every step of the way. I could call or text him any time of the day or night with any question at all (still can and do by the way), and he was always prompt to respond and happy to help. Not only did he get me an amazing price on a great tub, he went above and beyond to ensure my experience and satisfaction exceeded 100% every step of the way. Super nice guy that really does care about his customers satisfaction long after he makes the sale.

On the day my new Tropic Seas Rio Elite Spa was delivered, Cameron and his crew arrived early! I was so excited and was probably annoying them with questions and getting in their way. They didn't mind at all and took it in stride, smiling and happily answering my questions. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful toward my family and my home. My wife and I were so impressed with their service we bought them lunch! They placed the tub exactly where we wanted it and took time thoroughly going over everything with us. Just a really great group of guys.

I highly recommend Spring Dance Hot Tubs! A+

Worst customer service! We have had our hot tub for several years. They are very good with selling their products but provide no support after you sign the check. We paid for a new cover, in full, over 7 months ago and cannot get an update/shipping date or any call back. We are ready for small claims court and we have never been litigious people. We will be contacting BBB and any other outlets to prevent others from experiencing the same. I would never recommend them.

AWESOME! I purchased an Endless Pools X2000 Swim Spa from Spring Dance Hot Tubs in Exton. My salesperson was Austin Smith. This is the best purchase I have ever made, and Austin is without a doubt the best salesperson I have ever met. He was honest, ethical, and extremely hard working. This was a delightful experience from the pre-sales discussion, the sale itself, unit manufacturing, delivery scheduling, installation, chemical balancing questions, and service. The Swim Spa has allowed us to "staycation" during these trying Covid times and have home aqua exercise for an elderly member of the household who can no longer drive to the YMCA. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier with its performance. Austin has been incredible during the entire process - addressing many questions, uncertainties, always patiently explaining where we were in the process. Spring Dance Hot Tubs is an honest, reliable company always putting the customer first. I have complete trust in Austin, the owner, and the other employees at this company. This is a very ethical and reliable company.

Spring Dance Hot Tubs in Exton is absolutely the best place to go to if you are considering purchasing a hot tub or swim spa! The Store Manager Greg and his Sales Associate Austin might as well be the Dream Team! Greg answered all of our (many) questions, as we were first time hot tub purchasers and he was very upfront throughout the entire process. He walked us through the benefits of each model that was on display there as well as any site preparations, accessories, maintenance, etc.that would be involved. Greg made the entire buying process very simple and straight forward. Austin has also been fantastic since day one, assisting us during our follow-up visits and with our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us with setting up and maintaining the tub, including the water quality and levels and chemicals needed. And a final tip of the cap to their service department. I had two very minor issues after delivery of my hot tub, but Greg worked with us and their service department to ensure the two issues were rectified quickly and properly.

Our hot tub was purchased here years ago, and since then we have purchased our equipment and supplies here. But my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. We are experiencing an issue with our Spring Dance spa. I inquired about my options and the sales associate told me to call and leave a message with the service department. Good enough. So I did - twice, with no returned call. So I went back to the store three days later and asked the same sales associate what my options were now that I was not getting a callback. With his hands in his pockets, he shrugged and said, "That is not my department. - there is nothing I can do about it. "

In my line of work I have received inquiries that were "not my department", and you better believe that I would never respond in that way. I would do what I could to solve a loyal customer's issue. I'd take my hands out of my pockets and say, "Let's give them a call together and see if we can get you some help. " What made this experience all the more frustrating is that the store was empty. Zero customers except me. I could understand if the associate was swamped with sales opportunities. But I was the only one in there. And I had a problem. But this guy kept his hands in his pockets and said "It's not my department. " Horrible way to deal with a customer issue, and I will remember it when it comes time to replace my spa.
