Excellent sales and delivery service last month on our new salt-water spa. William has helpful working with me on the tub selection via phone and emails. The delivery team, Camron, Chase, Dakota and James were all pleasant and very efficient in removal of the old tub and placement of the new. Camron took time to review startup and maintenance process, answering my questions, and adding additional detail to the documented steps. Top notch crew.

The service at this place is horrible! Please go somewhere else! The former owner (Dan) was fantastic but he sold the business and now it has gone downhill. The friendliest person is who answers the phone! Watch out as they will not get your approval on charges, will not confirm payment they will just charge your card. After they automatically charged our card without approval, we asked them to reverse the charges and bill us we were told they have no billing department. What? Again... Never provided a total and never confirmed method of payment. Watch out!

Even during COVID, spring dance had spas arriving, great sales prices included everything, and the salesman William was so quick to answer and give great advice about choosing a model to fit our needs and space. Prompt delivery, knowledgeable staff, and questions/concerns after delivery were address very quickly. Would definitely recommend Spring Dance Hot Tubs, Jamison PA location!

Reliable service. My spa is 15 years old. Springdance Hot Tubs has always kept it running. A $179 charge just to show up might be a bit pricey.
In the long run worth it.

The service department is horrible. Service tech came to my house the first time to fix something took all screws with him but two. Came for a third time took all the screws and left the side panel open. Put a board against and left leaving the panel open. Call the service department and get a recording because there closed. I have had a hot tub for 20 years my last one lasted 17 years with no problems never had to call a tech out. Got this one three years now have had a service tech here every year for something. If I had to do this all over again I would never buy from here again.

We love our Sundance Hot Tub - serves as a great time to relax and chat at the end of the day. Our kids love to hang out with their friends, sing and laugh. Spring Dance has always been helpful when we've needed supplies - getting them to us very quickly.

Shopped around a ton and glad we went with Spring Dance William has been a huge help as we have never owned one before great service!

Bought an endless pool from Exton location. Very satisfied with product. Have had it a month and experience with dealers professionalism and response to questions both during the sale and after installation has been good. I would recommend to others both product and dealership.

After miscommunicating with us twice about when a technician was to arrive, we overpaid on a new motor install which took the tech 25 min to install. During that 25 min, he rushed, broke stems off our plants, and then Spring Dance wanted to charge us 2 hours for labor. This business is overstretched, pricey, and some techs are inconsiderate.

Great service, Tama and William are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommened for anyone looking to get a hot tub!

We have just purchased a home that included a Hydropool. We had NO CLUE how to even use it. The service that this company provided was a first class experience. Brian is a very educated and helpful employee that helped us thoroughly understand how to use the system. We look forward to continue working with this company in the future.

I was having issues with my control panel. Called Spring Dance hot tubs, they quoted me a service call Price to diagnose the problem. And if decided to get repair, it would be included in the price of the repair. This was better than any other companys quote! Pat, service technician, came out and he was great, fixed it, polite and nice. Thanks.
