Spring Garden Restaurant reviews
15Excellent breakfast! Love that they are open so early and that their prices are super reasonable. Will definitely be back!
Sanitation standards are just not up to par. Plus the owners use illegal employment practices and treat employees terrible. Trust me - steer clear.
Decent food, fast and polite service. Been here 3 times for breakfast. Cant ask for much more. Would recommend
The waitress was really rude. I'll make sure I'll ever get her to wait on me again
I tried giving the diner another chance, This was the worse, Because I myself is a cook I know when food has bad onions, My husband ordered home fries with onions and peppers he said it tastes sour, I taste it and it was a sour taste, I told him not to eat the home fries well give them back and have them take them off the check,
The female owner was very nasty but didn’t realize how close she was to getting me arrested, The male came over and I was able to have a conversation with him, he took the home fries off the check, I gave him a bit of advice about once they are cut, Anyway we won’t eat here again, And on another side note the waitress is a dirty mess!
I'm very disappointed wasn't a fresh vegan burger. It was a frozen one, & I got it for lunch it wasn't even hot. I work 5 min. Away Walking & it was cold by the time I got back.
This is one of my favorite street corner breakfast spots. Comfortable atmosphere and great customer service. Thanks
A good supermarket to get things on a Sunday too many people don't know about this supermarket
Haven't been here in awhile. Came for the salmon cakes platter. Salmon cakes from here were delicious. Guess they still are they were all out. I had to get fried flounder. It was fried too hard and tasteless IMO. Grits were still good. Would visit again hopefully they have salmon patties.
Don't eat the salmon cakes or grits.
It's a dive with ok food. I like the no trills atmosphere and the nice management.
I have been going to this restaurant for 10+ years. Their food used to be good and cheap. The last visit I had was sadly probably my last. I ordered a breakfast platter, omelet, waffle, and a side of sausage.
They gave me and my gf old chewy homefries when we saw them making fresh ones since we were sitting at the bar. The waffle tasted different from years past. The sausage was also old and they didn't have enough staff to make new ones? Not sure what their reasoning was. Omelet didn't come with cheese and was overall not good tasting like usual.bottom line is I come here for the homefries. I can cook eggs, sausage, toast at home? Homefries take time to prep and cook. They are now too cheap to give me fresh homefries? Paid $40+ for a meal that tasted like 3 day old food. This is goodbye to one of my old favorites. RIP
So I tried a hoagie from this place. It was not like it use to be the sesame roll was hard and crunchy I asked for the works meaning everything, nope hardly no veggies but a lot of lettuce
Wasn’t good at all
I've been here a long time ago and it was great, as of now they have fallen off a little bit.
Delicious food, great customer service, great prices and reasonable wait time. I had a veggie omelette, with home fries and toast. Only con is the food is not seasoned.
Everything is great about eating breakfast here. It's small in cozy but really enjoyable.
