4I'm still waiting for a response to the letter I gave Lana weeks ago about the condition of my backyard caused by the digging up of the pipes due to people flushing the wrong things in their toilet causing flooding in my apartment on several occasions.
Way over priced and not worth the money at all. Units are extremely old and has a terrible water problem. The hot water works whenever it felt like it which sometimes was not at all, the pipes are so old that the upstairs neighbors bathroom overflowed into-my bathroom while she wasn’t even home so it wasn’t her fault. I had to wait on emergency maintenance to come pump the water out of both units. Maintenance is completely lackadaisical they spend more time drinking beers and smoking cigarettes during the day over by the garages where they park the golf carts right by the office, where they also smoke several times a day with office staff. Reported that I found a mouse in my downstairs apartment it was weeks before they sent an “ exterminator “ who only put down a few sticky traps and left. And when it came time for me to move on to my new place I needed 1 extra day not even a full 24 hours to remove a few of my belongings, I nicely went into the office and requested a few extra hours they smiled and told me I would have to pay a full months rent just for the few extra hours that I needed which would of been 1700$ just for a few of MY belongings so I quickly called a friend to help me so I could have the keys turned in by 8 am. Overall a terrible experience that I do not recommend, do your research and you will find way better places for the money I promise. Office staff was completely unprofessional one lady spent more time flirting with me then attending to any concerns I had. Im glad I’m am now paying hundreds of dollars less a month for a nicer place!
Headed in the wrong direction! Management fails to resolve many issues -may it be building to community!
