2I went here this morning for a colonoscopy. It's been a long time since I was treated in such a kind & professional manner. From the courtesy shuttle driver Al who picked me up, to the staff & doctor, my heart was put at ease. Hey, I may get the procedure again sooner than they recommended! LOL
No one wants to get a colonoscopy, but if you have to, I highly recommend this location. Great communication leading up to the procedure. Quick check in and preparation for the procedure. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In particular, I would like to thank Linda for taking care of me before the procedure. Michelle for her compassionate post-care. Donna and Dr. Boyton for the actual colonoscopy. And, finally, Alex the anesthesiologist for knocking me out so I didn’t feel a thing. Great location and great people. It can be stressful to go through this, but Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center makes a colonoscopy as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. Thank you.
