They won’t accept my insurance and they won’t let me pay out of pocket. Everyone always says to get help when you’re depressed, but it’s not very likely unless you’re lucky. What an utterly useless practice!

For a place that’s supposedly for mental health, you think they would care more about the mental health of their clients. I received one phone call to reschedule an appointment but never heard anything again. If you have a patient with depression and don’t hear from them to schedule an appointment.does that not set off alarms? Then to not be able to get another appointment for weeks is ridiculous when dr.frankle only spends 5-10 minutes with me for medication management at this point. It’s impossible to find anywhere to go these days but I would avoid this practice like the plague.

The medical professionals are amazing. The staff, however, is not. They are grossly incompetent and make errors on scheduling that end up costing me. If they can get their office staff together, it's great But no, avoid at all costs.

I've been jumping around between therapists here for a few years now. Most of the therapists either don't take me seriously or just don't seem to know what to do. Some are straight up questionable in their practices. I get the feeling they are just trying to make money, not really trying to help me, just trying to get through the day. Same with the psychiatrists. I had one who wouldn't listen to my anxiety problems at all (Dr. Dattu) telling me I seemed like a "pretty chill guy", until finally he relegated me to Alison who actually listens. One of my least fav things is how they can cancel within hours of an appointment just like that, but I have to give 48 hours notice no exception or I get charged. Some of the secretaries are very nice and helpful. But overall I'm extremely frustrated.

I’m leaving a review because the woman I spoke with, Cheryl, was extremely helpful compared to the other centers I spoke with. I got much further in my research process because she went above and beyond to offer suggestions and an additional resource that I don’t think would have been done anywhere else. Even though they don’t specialize in the area I needed, I’d refer them to others because of the tact and standards in customer relations:)

The doctors I have seen here were nice, but I can't afford to go anymore since my insurance is a joke. The billing department on the other hand is very unprofessional and flat out liars. God help you if you have a large bill, they won't give a care in the world, they just want their money. I expect this from banks and big corporate places but a place like this being heartless is what is wrong with the mental health care in this country today. Also don't ever miss an appointment with out having 48 HRS yes you read that right 2 damn days notice, they will charge your card they demand you keep on file $55. What a joke, I get 24 but 48 hrs come on! This place needs to learn a bit of compassion, especially since they are in the business of helping.

Horrible. These people don't seem to understand the fact that they are running a mental health treatment facility, and therefore getting back to clients in a timely manner is CRITICAL to their well-being. My boyfriend-a client that has been going there for therapy for months-decided to set up an apt with a psychiatrist so that he could start meds. They got him in relatively quickly, but about 1-2 weeks after he started the meds, the psychiatrist went on a MONTH-LONG vacation and was not available to contact. This is bad practice, as those first few weeks after beginning a medication are very important to monitor.especially since he had never been on meds before. Obviously people should be allowed to take vacation, but my issue is that they didn't have anyone filling in for her while she was gone. My boyfriend called multiple times to try telling them that he was worried the meds weren't working and that he felt terrible, but apparently no other psychiatrists were available for him to discuss his options with. So he had to wait until his psychiatrist came back, a full six weeks after he began the meds, and all the while they were doing absolutely nothing for him. If someone had been available for him during this time, he could've discussed switching meds or at the very least, increasing his dosage. Now that she's finally back in town, he was scheduled to see her today, finally ready to get his mental health on the right track after being delayed WEEKS. No such luck, because today, THE DAY OF HIS APPOINTMENT, they call him and say that they're cancelling and he needs to reschedule. So let me get this straight: when the client cancels on the day of, they get charged an exorbitant fee for missing the appointment. But when the provider does it, we're just supposed to be ok with that? Unacceptable. These practices would be frustrating at any business, but border on dangerous when you realize that they are responsible for treating mentally unstable individuals. Cancelling such an important appointment last minute can be catastrophic for someone with severe anxiety, as can ignoring their pleas about their meds not working for weeks on end while they're left to suffer and wait for someone to finally be responsible about this. It's unacceptable. Go elsewhere for treatment.

We were quite disappointed in this facility. First it took months to get an appointment. I think that is a bit ridiculous for someone who is seeking help. The staff was snippy with us and didn't really provide any guidance. When we finally were able to see the psychiatrist she refused to treat us. If you would really like help, go anywhere else.

Reception is great. Many doctors have come and gone in the few years I've been going. They have a wide range of therapists.
