Just moved in 2 1/2 weeks ago. Very pleased with how welcoming the community is, and how helpful the staff have been! Opportunities to get as involved as you want. Already attended a lunch with 12 of the women, attended an Activities Committee meeting and a Marketing Committee Meeting. Love walking our dogs on the trail around the lake every morning and afternoon. It's breathtakingly beautiful. We feel really fortunate to have found this place!

Although I don't live in the community, I am a regular visitor to Springton. The houses are beautiful in wonderful settings around the reservoir, with lots of incredible bird watching opportunities. I have eaten in the Clubhouse many times & the food rivals the best restaurants in the area. The residents have all led interesting lives & are spotlighted in a monthly newsletter. If we ever move from our house it will be to Springton!

My husband and I have lived in our lakeview house at Springton Lake Village over the last 3 years, in many ways the best of our lives despite Covid, We were warmly welcomed and have made many friends. The weight of the pandemic is lightened by the opportunities to stay in touch with our neighbors. We are kept informed by staff about the latest news especially regarding vaccination strategies for the community. Glad to say, through the good services of the SLV staff, we have scheduled appointments.

Springton is a unique 55+ community that provides the opportunity to live in a beautiful house with many services including: dining (delivered during COVID), gym, maintenance, house keeping, landscaping/snow plowing, and an on site health co-ordinator who handles a variety of residents health needs and concerns.

Our move to Springton in 2018 was the best decision for us. Since my aging mother was living with us, it became clear we needed to obtain additional services. Springton is perfect for us because of the private homes, first floor living space, and all the services. We have all been so welcomed into the Springton family and love it here.

The best part of this village is the feeling of community with our neighbors. Dining at our clubhouse, sharing a drink before dinner, discussing the events of the day with our friends and neighbors make Springton Lake Village a special place.

My 97 year old mother-in-law has been welcomed by the Ladies of the community and looks forward to participating in many activities.

Our 75 pound doodle loves our daily walks especially on the nature trail along the lake full of animal smells and occasional sightings.

We have been at Springton since 2002. The location is gorgeous, the people are delightful and the staff attend to every need with a smile and great competence. The meals are great. Although we miss the dining room camaraderie since COVID, we get dinner delivered four nights a week. No worry about getting things repaired or replaced, snow shoveled, house cleaned, lawn mowed, on and on! Best move we ever made!

My mother has lived at Springton Lake Village for 18 yrs and has loved every minute of it. Her lifestyle is happy and comfortable and the people who are her neighbors are also her good friends. I have often heard her say it is like one big family there, and how happy she is. It gives my sister and me great comfort to know that she is in such a warm, caring environment.

The community is composed of spacious homes nestled in a lovely natural area, inhabited by gracious, friendly residents, with helpful and accomodating staff and a warm and welcoming clubhouse where varied programs are hosted and delicious meals are served.
