Sprint Store / T-Mobile reviews
20 Buyer beware. Do your research it will save you a lot of frustration in the end. Please, please document everything if new customer to sprint or continuing customer. Extremely deceptive practices. Ask for names, ask specifically where it is in writing Video if you have to. Customer service will just keep pushing you off from one person to another as well as different departments. Trust me hours and problem still not resolved. Also they will never give you information where to complaint to. First better business bureau. And I have many contacts. None have helped me but it makes me feel a little better to have official documentation. I truly would give 0 stars but review will not allow me to.

Broke the screen on my galaxy 8 note. They were busy, but I took it in, and they replaced it in a couple of hours.awesome.
Excellent customer service, and a Covid19 safe environment. Did a great job with my repair in a timely manner. Thanks guys!
Even with the coronavirus messing everything up the employees at the Sprint store didn't excellent job of giving me the service that I needed thank you Sprint store!
Sprint cell service is not the best but tue staff here is always kind and helpful. I wanted to switch carriers but ive been with sprint for 15 years. Lots of the reason I stay is because of the staff here. Only thing id change is get a public restroom! Especially if you have to wait a bit. Had to go next door. To the ice cream place only to get yelled at that its for customer use so I bought an ice cream. Worth the cost I really had to go.
This store is the only reason we've decided to stay with Sprint after the run around from sprint online and on the phone we went to this store and finally got my phone fixed thank to Joe The guys at this store are great and worth the hour ride
If you want honesty and good customer care, go to Sprints headquarters in Wyomissing. The rest of the Sprint stores hire lazy young people that are trained to push products, far from helpful
Doug the store manager and all his staff went above and beyond beyond for me to help with an issue with a Samsung phone that Sumsung refused to help me with. I would not go anywhere else they are true professionals who listen to what you need and apply their knowledge and skill to do the best thing for the customer.
I walked out very unhappy with the way a long time customer gets treated compared to a new customer.
Compared to other services and other stores this store is by far the best one.when I do go in the Staff is always helpful and tries to work with you. I will continue to return to this store and deal with Sprint.
My boyfriend has an account with sprint. We have been here 2 times in the past month and both times an associate named Amanda has helped us. She seems to know what she's talking about and was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We didnt have any problems with this store. Yes I would recommend going here!
Tech resolved our iphone issue after getting the runaround from Apple. Took over 2 hours to deal with our problem, but they were patient and understanding. Angel is tremendous.
The main reason I am writing this review is to remind people to lock down all apps that auto login to services like email before handing the phone over to someone to repair. Luckily, we don't have anything super personal that we share through email so we don't believe anything foul will come of it, however it still is a reminder that there are hazards associated with allowing technicians unintended access to applications that autosave passwords. Hopefully, this may help someone reading this to protect their private information. The events are transcribed below.
Went in for a repair. Service was quick and the people who helped us were kind. Before we gave the phone in for a screen repair, we had closed all apps and had moved the Yahoo and Gmail apps off the home screen so they wouldn't accidentally open them. When the phone was returned, the screen was fixed, however the yahoo and gmail apps were open. We called the store and they assured us that they do not open any apps during repairs.
Angel literally worked a miracle Reviving my phone as an expert technician. I cannot recall the name of the sales associate who helped me but he was especially competent as well and dealt with my insanity professionally.
Every one was very, very nice there and fixed all my problems with my phone and wound up getting an awesome speaker. The people there really know how to take care of you.
The person who helped me never gave me the user name and password she made for me. PS make sure you make your own stuff up. Don't let them rush you.
Wow, I’m surprised to see bad reviews about this place! I visited this location in the beginning of April, I was switching service from Verizon and purchasing a phone for my son. We walked in almost close to closing time and these guys were very helpful! I mean they really took their time even though they were about to close. Great manager great staff and customer service was above and beyond. Definitely will recommend!
Giving this store even a one is to good. The manager is unwilling to honor sprint offers. Horrible representation of sprint that is for sure
You would think going to a corporate sprint store that they will help you. But the employees in this store are the most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. I went there with a bunch of questions and concerns. Every single answer the man gave me was "I can't help you with that. " If you can't help me with simple tasks like looking at my account which is right in front of your face on your computer screen, then what good are you? With the manager standing there listening to everything and not jumping in to help, I could tell that no-one cared about helping a long time customer out. After wasting a half hour there with nothing accomplished whatsoever, I headed to another sprint store which wasn't corporate. I spent five minutes at that store and they helped me with everything. Needless to say, do not waste your time going to this coorporate store. They apparently can't help you with anything.
The customer service here was terrible. Its suppose to be a corporate store but they tell you they cant help you with your account. Even though corporate should be able to access everything. The staff has no knowledge of what they are talking about and the sad part is the useless Manager was standing there and wouldnt help us either knowing that they could make the changes we needed. We went to the store in the Berkshire mall and they helped us within minutes and made the changes to our account that supposedly the corporate store couldnt do but the third party store could. I recommend going the extra mile to the Berkshire mall where they care and actually help the customer not push them away. If i could give negative stars I would.
