Sprinter of Fort Washington, Dresher PA

Called in an attempt to schedule service for my sprinter van. The service advisor was rude, unprofessional, and had no interest in discussing repair options. I’ll go elsewhere, what a shame.

Stopped by this evening to see the selection of sprinters at the dealership in hopes to purchase one. Traveled an hour to see what the dealership had and was 100% interested in purchasing. Right as I walked in the sales person was incredibly rude. When asked to to see a sprinter his reply was, “what’s there to see? They are all the same! ”; when I asked how many they had avail, he said one, meanwhile the parking lot is full of sprinters. I’ve never met someone so rude. When I asked him if I can talk to the manager, he mokingly turned around and acted as if he was going to get him, then whipped around and said “I’m the manager! ”. I would never purchase from someone who treats customers with so much disrespect! Left with such a bad taste in my mouth that I had to write this review! Horrible customer service. I would never treat another person this way let alone a customer interested in purchasing their product!
