Sprouts Farmers Market reviews
20There is always a friendly associate waiting to help you with all of your needs. No matter the time of day you can always find many associates out on the floor working and keeping the store clean. I have also ran across plenty of associates that just don't care about the job, but they take an interest in who you are and how you are doing. Grisel and Paulette
I love this market. Everything looks so fresh. Bathrooms are clean. I love their selection of cooked foods. Also prices are reasonable for food of this quality.
My reason for a three star is because I never have good customer service
I feel like I am bothering people when I ask for help. I understand how hard things have been for people in this field. However I am in Customer service and I understand the challenges. I lost my sunglasses yesterday they fell off in the store when i bent down to pick something up and only one person tried to help me. They all stared at me like i was invisible. They had sentimental value but also costly. So I doubt anyone even remembers or cares. They are Maui Jims if any turns them in but I doubt it. I love the quality of the food but the people don't care about the people.
This place although a little pricey on a lot of items is still affordable especially compared to places like ACME. Their customer service is second to none. All nice people there. Well organized store too. Very easy to find what you need. I always enjoy my experience here.
The store is nice but I can't understand why would you have to pay for parking to be able to shop is the parking was arranged better it will be wonderful
I enjoy Spouts a lot, no complaints about products or prices. It’s just very tight in the store every turn you’re bumping into someone. Other than that, I’m here twice a week.
Whenever I go. I'm always satisfied.
I love the fresh fruits and vegetables.everything seems farm fresh.
Customer service is good also.
Did I mention.free parking
I went there this morning and the cashier was Carla Mat (Head Cashier). She tried to work fast but she failed, she is sloopy & not friendly. Very rude. And she is head cashier? There are a lot of cashier (even new hired) gave a better cust service than her. Gosh, she ruined my day. Thx Calra.
Chicken tasted good as usual. But the skin wasn’t crispy at all, and the meat seemed like it had been steamed. They use tiny little chickens - not much to eat in a quarter dark.
I couldn’t eat any of the sides. They’re all either carb heavy, or contain something I can’t eat.
Parking lot only had two other cars at six PM - I remember twenty years ago waiting in long lines. Time to make some changes Boston Market!
The place is always busy but employees always very friendly and don't mind answering questions, giving directions for food items and don't mind and do always greet with a smile
Sprouts is easily my least favorite grocery store in the city. On top of being incredibly overpriced and crowded all the time - the sales they do have do not ring up and I’ve had to ask staff to go on a search for the sale price listed. That’s if I even remember (at least 2 items on sale I realized when I got home were charged full price).
Take your business to either Trader Joe’s or Acme. The good location is not worth the other inconveniences.
Clean organic fruit and vegetables along with organic meat and vegan meat and dinner entrees. Spacious. Nice cashiers accepts debit and credit card no long lines face mask required
Sprouts is great! Love the fresh food and snacks here. I especially love the dried veggie chips - and the chocolate covered honeycomb are to die for. We did a sprouts snack run.
Wonderful Healthy market the staff is awesome very knowledgeable about everything in the market. They are very helpful and nice. A good place to shop.
Bought barbequed chicken no wings they take them off before the cook it. I guess they sell wings from every. Chicken seperate and SELL them. A rip off.not a whole chicken
Best place in the neighborhood for fresh and organic groceries! They make it more affordable (than others) to eat healthy foods & good produce.
Delicious food. In the past, I've tried a turkey sandwich. Last week - and almost every day since - I've been enjoying (a lot!) the thick-sliced turkey breast. Yesterday, I tasted the grilled chicken. Everything that I've tried has been yummy!
Overpriced for basically everything. 2 other grocery stores very nearby have been shut down since this place opened, so not a fan.
It's a pretty decent place, I posted a picture of their bathroom which is awkward. Everyone always puts a piece of toilet paper up to cover the people, I don't know why they haven't done something because it's been open for quite a while.
I love this Sprouts in Philly because it's clean, they have an abundance of products, and their produce is pretty good. I wouldn't suggest you go there on a Saturday because they need to restock.
