4I took my wedding ring and engagement ring in to be sized. I was quoted $500-600 to resize them and it would take a week to ten days. 3 weeks later I get a call they are ready. I put them on and they are HUGE! The jeweler wanted to argue I asked for them to be that size. (Not true and.why would I want to run the risk of losing them?). He said he would resize them from an 8 to a 7. Ten days later I get them back no they re still too large. If you are a jeweler you should know how to size rings. After paying $680 I walked out and went down the street to another jeweler who will make them right for $180. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE! It’s a rip off. Also the jeweler is rude.
Super friendly and professional. I went in to fix 3 bracelets and he was able to fix them all within 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Best jeweler I have done business with so far, will definitely come back!
