4I had recommended a family member to go to the er. At St. Luke’s her home health nurse also recommended we take her. Waste of her families time, as she was not properly checked over and sent home with no help. We will not go back. And seek health care for her elsewhere.
They serve well. But in Emergency I didn't see anyone who spoke Spanish nor did they provide an interpreter.
This is and always will be my go to hospital. However while I am in pain that is more than a ten, Im at home thinking should I should go or not because the last two times they did not help me at all discharge me crying they said they don’t know what they can do for me. Put me in wheelchair and strolled me outside and left me there to wait for my ride crying cause in pain.
The worst place ever.just plain slow.no one cares about who needs help. 4 hours before seeing anyone, terrible staff!
