I came here the other day for an x-ray on my knee and both the people at the front desk and the nurse were very nice

This was on our list as a panel Dr for workman's comp and location was close so I opted to go here. Big mistake. My injury was misdiagnosed and wait times for scheduled appts were extremely long. Calling due to difficulty breathing and having to wait over 24 hours to be seen is a bit ridiculous. That was my last appt and at that time (July 10) I was told I'd get a call to schedule physical therapy. It's now July 30th and still no call. Thankfully Coordinated Health not only properly diagnosed my injury but also got me scheduled for PT within 1 visit so I can be on the road to recovery.

I’ve never paid more then $140 for an urgent care visit WITHOUT insurance. This place charged me $681 WITH insurance for a 1 time visit for an ear infection with no further treatment.

Best Urgent Care service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone there was super pleasant and knowledgeable. My son needed an x-ray done and they did it right there with the results given within minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a quicker turn around time.

I was there yesterday, Saturday, February 29th around 11am. The staff was AMAZING. I was in so much pain and they jumped right into action and started helping me. They were so friendly and compassionate. I could'nt have asked to be treated any better. The place is also very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible.fiance went to this place on 1/15/20. Did nothing for him. Told him to take claritin and flonase. Went to another doctor today 1/18/2020 and has 4 scripts. Robitussin, antibiotics, prednisone and blood pressure meds. Dr just shook his head when we showed him st.lukes paperwork and was not impressed that they let him walk out of a facility and drive with a blood pressure reading that was high and didnt prescribe a damn thing.dont think they will be getting paid for this stunt they pulled.

During the holidays, I came down with a mean chest cold. I normally hate going to the doctor because they cost an arm and a leg, but my doctor's office wasn't open so I went to this urgent care center. First of all, I had to wait around an hour to be seen. The doctor's gave me a chest x-ray, told me to take some medication and rest (real expert stuff). About a month and a half later I get a crazy bill for my services there. They charged $455.00 for "Urgent Care" (which wasn't very urgent considering I had to wait an hour). And they also charged $195.00 for "Professional Fees". So it essentially costed $455 just to walk in the place, and $195 just to see the doctor. This place is a rip off and they don't care about their patients. Don't go here.

Given 4 different meds and diagnosed with something even though the test was negative. Was called 2 days later to come back for new meds after negative result was still negative. No further testing done. Ended up with pneumonia and have to have an echo done since it’s been weeks without proper treatment.

I have an appointment (that they made) for 11: 30. It's now 12: 09 and their board says my wait time is still over an hour and a half. Why bother with the appointment?
There is zero privacy. I know that a guy came in for pre employment physical but tested positive for drugs. I could tell you what the check in staff prefer to eat for lunch. (One only likes broccoli with fried shrimp)
Not a good experience. Glad this isn't the place I need to go to for a a walk in center when sick and if I ever have another workman's comp injury I'll be going somewhere else

I dont normally write reviews, but being that so many people said terrible things here I wanted to say how I felt! My son was very sick and after being failed by my pediatrician, I sought care here. They were so good with him, and got him on the right medication so he can get back to being healthy! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff th as t we dealt with!

I had surgery on my hand. My surgeon sent me there becai thought it was infected. I didnt want to sit in the er on xmas Eve. The doctor told me there was notjing he could do. Ended up i habe a staff infection! Rude people. Hope they dont expect payment!

Was seen on 12/28/2019. Provider spent less than 5 minutes. Documented procedure not done (strep) and prescribed ineffective Z-pac. Seen later at alternate urgent care, prescribed correct antibiotic and improved rapidly.

Good service and fast except my discharge papers said script was faxed to Wal-Mart. Ok so I get to Wal-Mart and they were already closed because it was Saturday. I wasn't even asked if I wanted them faxed there. I feel they should ask first and know what pharmacy is open

I will never use this facility again. I was left in the examine room for a solid 20 minutes without ever being seen. No one had the decency to come in and tell me how much longer it was going to be, so I left without being seen by a doctor. Very unprofessional place. I would'nt recommend this place to anyone.

Waited of 10 mins in the waiting room, then 10 more for the doctor which took him 20 seconds to prescribe me. Then finally left us with no paperwork no information for 20 minutes straight! Until we had to leave the room and finally he magically got it done for us

The nurse practitioner that I was seen by was awful. Someone needs to observe her actions while dealing with patients. She barely made eye contact and didn’t suggest that I could have purchased medications that I needed RIGHT THERE. I will not be returning.

I scheduled an appointment last week with this facility to have my annual physical performed that is required for work. The receptionist was prompt and entered all of my information into the system and sent me over for my lab work. The lady at the lab desk was very rude and clearly could care less about her job. She first made me wait at least 10 minutes extra upon going over there (even though there was no one else in line) just so she could finish scrolling through things on her phone. When she finally took me back for my bloodwork she didn't ask which arm I would like it drawn from, didn't clean the area and acted like I was taking up too much of her time. She was very careless and wanted to be done with me as soon as possible. As a result of all of this I was left with a giant bruise! Her only comment as soon as it started filling up with blood: "Looks like you're going to bruise. Oh well. " I DO NOT bruise easily and I have NEVER bruised from bloodwork or from giving blood before. Terrible experience, will not be going back and definitely will not recommend this facility to anyone!

My husband was treated there and the doctor was thorough but the diagnosis was not correct but on their behalf, he’s still not been correctly diagnosed and it’s been 5 months.

Expensive! Clinic visit was $606.80 before insurance contractual agreement. While it was clean and fast. There is NO WAY a Visit should cost this much. Oh i forgot a urine test was $434.80. No wonder why health insurance is expensive. Thank God i have health insurance but still.
