Worst place to go to. I brought my daughter to the ER because she was having an asthma attack we waited 30 min in the waiting room got called back just to wait two whole hours and still no treatment still waiting. My daughter is one going on two and is having serious breathing difficulties and no one seems to think that the logical thing to do is treat her. I’m super pissed and disgusted with this hospital and the staff. I was not the only one complaining about the wait for treatment there were others who stepped out their rooms to ask. Worst experience ever.

From the moment I walked into the hospital I was met by a smiling receptionist. I was very impressed with how well they designed the lobby to feel homey. Even though the hospital was super clean you did not get a cold sterile feeling which is a nice change.
I highly recommend this hospital if you are in need of one. The staff was wonderful and everyone went out of their way to say hello when given the chance. Most of the time you need to go to, or visit, a hospital it's not pleasant but this campus helps take the edge off by how friendly everyone is and how homey they make it feel.

Shannon, Sarah awsome nurses and Shannon I saw your vedio when you become a nurse that was awsome. The Doctors I seen her once I believe her name started with a W, don’t want to say wrong name I often Ahmed the Dr that was assisting I seen him more he was also very and the hospital was so clean I had new socks on and got up a few times to urinate and wash hands and I got home with socks still white very clean hospital. Staff is awsome very caring, Lehigh valley hospital see ya never going there It’s st Luke’s for now on. LvHN is racist I’m sorry but I felt discriminated. St Luke’s keep up the good work it’s about caring Without looking at color thank you for treating me with respect and helping me and educating me on my ailment.

Incompetent workers paired with lazy staff who would rather lay in bed than show up to work. (Whole GI staff)

I don't know how much pain you have to be in for a hospital to care. Took someone to the e.r. With excruciating abdominal pain, sat in the waiting room one hour before the person saw triage, then sent back to the waiting room to wait some more. Ended up leaving, went to another hospital who took the person in right away.

Wait time is very huge. We waiting for 3.5hrs for the doctor to come and see and then waited for another 2hrs for the doctor and see me again to expo what’s going on. I had similar experience 2 times with my kid as well. Not recommended at all. Hospital should ramp up the staff or speed up the process.how good is it if they call it ER but have to wait 4hrs to be seen.

I am posting this review to advise of very serious concerns associated with a recent ultrasound that my Mother had a few days after having part of her colon removed. We showed up for the Appointment, and it was clear that the ultrasound tech was in a hurry, the whole process of us walking from the waiting room to the ultrasound room, the procedure, and back to the waiting room took most likely less than 15 minutes. He did not give her time or privacy to get her covered with instead hurriedly proceeded to raise her dress and in the process ripped it. He hurriedly pusher her on the table, no care for her recent incisions, and then proceeded to press the probe onto a three-day old incision. My mother's eyes popped out from pain, I screamed, and it was just a terrible experience. No one told her when the reading would be completed by the doctor. I get the impression that this practice thinks they can treat the elderly like pieces of meat. I would highly recommend staying away from it.
She had ultrasound procedures done before, the recent one was in May, and we had totally different experience. It was done by the St Lukes but different location in Bethlehem. The technician explained to us what we needed to do to get ready, gave her cover and left the room, she came in after my mother was ready. The technician explained to my mother what she experience during the procedure and when to expect the results.

If I could give no stars I would. My sister was on the maternity floor (not having a baby) the staff made a few med mistakes with my sister. When we asked them about it they became mean & wouldn’t answer the bell & left my sister all night without a drink. Even the worker who delivers breakfast said something about it. They said how important it was for her to go to physical therapy rehab to extend her life (we have the voicemail saved) & then sent her home because they didn’t want to do the work for the meds she needed. Staff was so insensitive to a patient who was told she only has a small about of time to live. So disappointed in St Luke’s. The amount of mistakes made on their part is atrocious & to know these types of people are supposed to help other is scary thought. Anderson campus should be ashamed.

Great hospital if you dont have an emergency. They should change the name from ER to AD (All Day)

My mom was seen by three doctors in the ER who gave three different opinions. We arrived at 9am and she was still in the ER at 5pm even though it was not busy at all. The resident said she is being sent home, his boss said she should be admitted to figure out all issues going on, third dr said the first two doctors said i am “overwhelmed” with the situation. Total arrogant gaslighting. The fact is I had to ask them to scan her bladder. If i had not asked for the scan she would have been discharged with a full bladder and would have had to take an ambulance back the following day, in even more pain and distress. The patients daughter with no medical training should not need to ask for a bladder scan. Common sense was completely absent. She ended up needing to be in the hospital for five nights. So, calling the only person who made the right medical decision for the patient “overwhelmed” is unacceptable. And to top it off, the third doctor who gaslit me tried to stop me from talking. He said the ED doctors are not under him, he is a hospitalist. I demanded that he listen, since he accused me of being overwhelmed. He was also laughing at me.
The 4South staff was excellent, thank God. The nurses and aides are compassionate and great at their jobs.
Regarding the doctors though, again I was given different answers to the same question from each doctor. I have zero faith that I got honest answers, it sounded more like they were covering themselves with their responses. And once I started asking questions there was a palpable mood shift. I asked if there is any room for compassion in their protocol, but the answer is apparently not. I will never go to a St Lukes facility again.

St Luke’s - Anderson is so much more than I expected. Everyone I’ve encountered has been compassionate and caring. Spotlessly cleaned and staffed perfectly. So many tests were done from blood work to CT scans and x-rays. Every Dept worked quickly and very efficiently to help me. Came in by squad into a very well equipped Emergency Dept, a huge place with a multitude of separate rooms numbering over 33 so you are totally segregated from prying eyes, yet each of us ER patients were well tended. I love St Luke’s for its people. A fabulous staff creates a fabulous hospital.

Very rude and disrespectful! Doctor got the degree out the back of the cereal box. I wasn’t being rude or nasty the doctor asked me was I gonna still leave and I said no just not getting anymore blood work done then he proceeds to ask well why are you staying then. And I said because I pay insurance like everybody else and he said he gonna have to kick me out because he needs the room. He definitely was discriminating against me and the nurse had my arm leaking with my blood on it and then she stuck the needle all the way in my arm as well as she did something that I never agreed to you cannot so things against peoples will the worst experience ever!
