3Called Lab services to gather info about some concerns I had with a family members lab experiences. The supervisor was patient and helpful and had a solution for our concerns. Reinforces our positive experiences with the staff at St. Lukes Allentown and the caring people working there.
I’ve had blood drawn close to a hundred times over the past few years from many St Luke’s Laboratories, and this was my best experience! Check in was extremely fast & everyone was super nice. Sonia drew my blood and I didn’t feel a thing, thank you so much!
Just had blood work today and had an excellent experience. Nurse was so friendly and efficient. Will continue going here from here on. HLN was more convienient but last two visits there the nurse I had both times was miserable. I dealt with the public my entire working career and would have been broke if I interacted with the public like this nurse. If you are miserable at work here is an idea. Find something where it makes you smile once in a while and leave the miserable position. Great job St Luke’s again
