St. Luke's North Whitehall Family Practice reviews
11My husband and I love this office and Dr. Allotey I will recommend anyone.she takes her time to listen to your concerns and treat them.accordingly, it took me years to find a primary care doctor in the Lehigh valley till I meant Dr. Allotey she's the best and the staff always seems pleasant.
Poor patient care, very poor communication, turfs sick patients off to urgent care or ERs instead of bringing them into the office. So if you wonder why ER wait times are through the roof it's because doctor offices like these refusing to see patients for ear infections because they have a cough and runny nose.
Amazing doctors and staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Gabriel but I've seen all of them at this office and they're all wonderful. Front staff is caring as well!
I went to Dr Rodowicz back around 2015 and then moved out of the area. I reverently moved back and wanted to reestablish care at this office because I had a good experience when I was going there before. I was booked with a different doctor, Dr. Allotey, and my experience with her was fantastic. The front desk was short staffed and it took a while to get back but even though I was late getting to the back, she took her time and addressed all of my concerns. It seemed like she genuinely cared about my health and wanted to cover all bases. She also does infant care so when I have my son in a few weeks, I’ll be bringing him to her as well. So glad to have a family doctor I feel will take care of my family.
The staff and the PCPs are very inefficient! It will take you ages and ages to just get anything done. My daughter has cerebral palsy, she drools a lot! The school wanted her pcp to fill up some paperwork so she doesn’t have to wear a mask with this cold season. The PCP Dr. Gabriel refused to sign it and referred me to her neurologist. The neurologist refused to sign it and sent me back the the PCP stating that the PCP Needs to do her job! Remember the one who has to keep wearing a mask is my daughter! She is the one suffering getting home with a mask soaked in her drool all wet and disgusting! I called the Doctor’s office and still they refused to sign it! Wth am I supposed to do? I would not recommend this facility very inefficient and inconsiderate This just one incident, I have gone through more incidents that am finally done
Went in for a check-up on a Friday morning at 10: 45PM. Had my medical records sent from another office, but they did not have them for some reason and didn't seem interested in looking. Waited in the office for 45 minutes for my appointment, then during the checkup brought up an health subject I wanted to address and had seen a professional about recently. The Dr.didn't seem to care, gave me a referral to another office only when I pushed. When I called the "referral" office it wasn't currently open in person (which is understandable), but it sent me to the front desk line which rang until voicemail, not exactly instilling confidence. Right now I am back where I started - without help. I worry about the health of others who come here but are too shy to ask for a referral.
December 15,2015 I quite literally almost died due to the negligence of Dr. Rodowicz and a nurse Shannon I believe it was, but I cannot remember her last name. She is still in the medical field but I don't believe at this location. I was seen on the 14th and was told my blood sugar was elevated (I'm Type 2 Diabetic) and that's why I wasn't feeling well. Within 18 hours I was unconscious in the back of an ambulance due to the pneumonia I had being so bad that I went into sepsis. Several days in the ICU and quite a while in the hospital I finally got to go home. The nurse apparently even argued with the doctors in the ER that I was fine and just needed to take better care of myself. Over 5 years later and I have permanent lung damage, reoccurring pneumonia, had to sell a business and leave an industry I loved dearly. Had 0 stars been an option they would have received that.
This place is HORRIBLE i would never go there again the doctor is horrible and not professional at all they do not address your concerns or problems that you may be having and they push you off and don’t want to answer any of your questions! Don’t go hear horrible and not very friendly doctors or staff!
I can only give the highest grades to Dr. Rodowicz. He's been treating my wife and I for a number of years now and he is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and kind. I trust him with my life.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Dr Rodowicz has been the best physician my family has seen. He is very knowledgeable and not out for your money like some DRs. He really cares and it comes through.
