If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I called in advance to let them know I would be late- hysterical because I just endured the worst week of my life, having my 3 year old diagnosed with diabetes. They said they would make an exception for me, to just come in. I come in, and they refuse me. Tell me that all they can do for me is reschedule me. MIND YOU- their "too late to be seen" rule is 15 minutes after your scheduled time. I was 16 minutes late AND called ahead AND was told it would all be fine AND was still refused.
Many things make you a great doctor office, being proficient and respectful of all timing with all patients and I completely understand that. But this was my first appointment, the worst week of my life. One of the biggest things that makes a doctor office the BEST instead of just one of the good ones is that the office takes into consideration the feelings, emotions, and level of support that the patient or the parent of the patient needs and let me tell you that I have never seen or dealt with a doctor office so terrible at doing so. I feel so unsupported, so misunderstood and so uncared for. My daughter was worth that few mins of your office running behind and Shame on you for not feeling the same.
