St. Luke's Psychiatric Associates, Bethlehem PA

Dr Raddick is an amazing psychiatrist, I am very grateful for the care I am getting from St. Luke's. Refills always get sent the day I call for them, and I haven't had any trouble with cancellations. The wait to see a psych is usually 2-3 months, but it's well worth the wait if you aren't in crisis. If you are in crisis, make an appointment at St Luke's, and try to find a doctor or psych to help with treatment while you wait.

If you are looking for mental health care this is not the place! I have been trying to get refills for nearly a month. Still no refills and no meds. And before you ask if I have an appointment scheduled. Yes I do. I leave messages 2-3 times a week and no one responds. This is very aggravating which is totally the wrong thing to do to mentally ill people. So for now I will just keep a record of everything I’m doing to obtain help.

Got there on time they took our temp and by the time the receptionist got done with the lady in front of us and got us checked in. She couldn't get our card to work the 10 minute window was up and they refused to see my daughter. Oh did I mention they moved her appointment up an hour. So no med management for her for another 6 months. Maybe by then they will get their act together but I doubt it! This is why I have my wife take her because half the time they chage the appointment or cancel all together and don't let you know. Got to find a new place to go.

I have called and called to get Prescriptions refilled to no avail. Nobody ever returns calls. Customer service is rude. They canceled appointments without letting you know until you get there but if you miss a appointment (and they do not call to remind you that you have one) they charge you! We are now in search of a place the will give our daughter anxiety medication she needs without the stress of having to go to this place. She hates it I am over it and her father is Irate that you have to call so many times just to get a person to answer you! They Obviously don’t care!

I have called multiple times to try and schedule an appointment, left voicemail, and even called the generic central scheduling number to see if they can contact them. They advised that they sent them a message and also left them a voicemail. I have never heard anything back from anyone. Absolutely shocked that a sensitive situation can go ignored and this is the hospital's only psychiatric section. Will change hospitals for reliable care. Very disappointed St. Luke's.

I've been a patient here for two years and it sucks. Dr. Martinez canceled 3 appointments on me. I detoxed off meds 2 times because she didn't check with my insurance if the meds were covered, and since this January there were supposed to be three months worth of generic abilify for me and my cvs I've been using for 3 years said it's not there twice. And all I asked for was a 5 mg dose cause my insurance screws it up and it's still at 7mg.
