3I have been going here for years. My doctor is great. He really cares about yo. I had my last baby with them. They are friendly and very helpful.
My doctor is great. The office staff is nice enough, but the scheduler Holly is horrible. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at a time when I was so incredibly vulnerable. Working in an OB/GYN office requires a certain level of sensitivity that she most certainly does not possess. Likely switching practices after my last visit solely because of how she treated me.
Went in for an appointment and was told I was getting a blood test. I told them I was supposed to get the blood test before my appt and never did because I never called insurance and didn’t feel I needed it. Nurse talked me into it telling me my insurance would cover the whole thing since it was so important and even if they didn’t it would only be $99 and I still even didn’t have to pay fhe $99. I’m stupid and listened to her and now owe $230. Why are your nurses pushing people to get unnecessary things their insurance doesn’t cover? I ended my care with st Luke’s and went to LVHN. Also their phillipsburg location is awful too.
