A dear friend is in St. Monica’s with a recent diagnosis of Lewy Body dementia. Last night (or this morning) she unfortunately wet through her diaper and the nurse who came to attend to her SCREAMED at her. Really? I thought nursing is supposed to be a caring profession. If I find out her name I’m reporting her to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Very unprofessional staff I go in for an interview they have me waiting for over an hourinstead of interviewing me everyone's eating and sending me to the next person.long story short VERY unprofessional staff and low pay!

During my grandfather's recovery stay at St. Monica's recovery Facility, our expectations were surpassed. The nurses were outstanding, the rehab team was fantastic, and the accommodations were spotless. Michael received excellent treatment, and we couldn't be happier. This place is terrible, and the staff do NOT do what they’re supposed to do but they still allow those to return to the facility. Certain units don’t have hot water, housekeeping never cleans. Needs better management, and needs better communication.

Hi all of stuff that work at dy Monica rehab. I am still visiting my family member at st Monica rehab. I’m very surprised how amazing the stuff is in here. I sm writing this review very carefully. I sm very annoyed by some reviews. From the moment I pick up the phone to contact this place, everything was nice, and easy explaing how things working in this environment. I been going everyday to visit my family member. I feel very good about the nurses, therapist, cleaning people etc.floors are cleaning, nurses salut you smile at you. Asking you if you need help etc. I feel happy to go and visit there. For all of you people that write bad reviews. You need to look at the mirror you’re self, look at you’re own houses, kitchen bathrooms and give you’re self a break. Stop blaming others for know reason. To all of you bad reviewers, you most be very ashamed of you’re self. And give a break to the stuff of st Monica rehab. I sm very sorry for all of those hard working men and women that serve there. It is hard work to work on a rehab, with fldefy people. I sm very sorry to read all of the bad reviews, and very thankful for st Monica rehab. Thank you to amazing stuff of st Monica rehab.
