My wife and I wanted to write this review for Stacy Condie because we were very impressed with her ability, drive and tenacity. We were interested in a specific piece of property that was owned by a builder. The real estate agent that we used for several prior house purchases had retired. Our friends recommended that we call Stacy. We met Stacy and right away we knew she could help us through the process of purchasing the land and working with the builder. With this all being new to us, my wife and I put together a list of about 40 questions, not only did Stacy work through these questions with us, she added additional recommendations that we’d need to get answers for. Stacy was making calls to the selling agent, setting up meetings, calling the borough, etc (a real go getter). In our case, the borough put a stop on the sale and building on this property.
The bottom line is you can tell Stacy loves this profession. The attention to detail was as if she was buying this property and house for herself. We highly recommend Stacy, and we will definitely be calling on her for our next house in a couple years.
