I recently had the pleasure of working with Don, a fantastic salesman at Faulkner Volvo (my second time buying a Volvo from Don). Don's combination of knowledge and friendliness stood out, and he adeptly addressed my specific needs and preferences. Don's expertise in explaining the features and benefits of the vehicles was truly impressive. The negotiation process was smooth, and I left satisfied with the final deal.

This was my first service experience since Stadel Volvo became Faulkner Volvo. The service was great. My car concerns were listened to and addressed by a very pleasant man in a timely manner. I was thrilled to see Mike Shireman working there since the business changed hands! He has been my go to “Volvo Guy” thru three Volvos, and is a great ambassador for the dealership! Everyone was super helpful from scheduling to pickup. I dropped it off in the morning and was told it was done before my appointment time! Really liked getting the text with recommendations from the tech that I could review and approve instantly. I had a narrow window between a night and day shift and they were so accommodating. Really appreciate it!

I just bought a certified pre owned 2020 Volvo xc60 from Faulkner Volvo. I love it! My experience was excellent. I dealt with sales advisor Don Wardwell. He was very friendly, helpful and informative with any questions I had. I asked him if the car could be serviced and ready for me to pick up and he went out of his way and made sure it was. He even went out of his way and came in on his day off just so I could could pick my car up that day. Excellent sales man! I also dealt with sales manager Ryan Kyler and their financial director. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Definitely will go back to them when I’m in search of another car.

The service department at Fsulkner Volvo is outstanding. Especially Deb Girardi, service manger, she always goes above expectations and is very helpful.

Dropped truck off to address a tire issue and was told we needed a new rim at the close of business (dropped off early that day, had to call multiple times for updates since no text updates during the day). No loaners available due to no tags. Service agent wasn't sure whether my service and wheel package included the replacement or repair of a bent rim and was to call me back the following Monday and sent us on our way on the damaged rim. Fast forward almost 10 days and after voicemails been left and still no call or direction back. The service here sadly has fallen off the rails after Faulkner acquired from Stadel. Maybe it is still working out the kinks but the drop in customer service for a luxury brand is pretty shocking.

I was very happy with my experience buying a certified used Volvo XC40. I spoke with a number of salespeople at other dealerships, but Don Wardwell at Faulkner was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful.

We stopped by this dealership today as we were considering a Volvo after being Ford customers for many years. We walked the lot for about 10 minutes with all vehicles being locked. There was a staff member standing inside watching us the whole time. Needless to say seemed he could not manage to come out and speak to us. They lost a potential sale today and not a good experience for our first time considering a Volvo.

Absolutely the best dealership for sales, service, and parts. Exceptional sales experience with Don. Not just the cars, but the staff at Stadel will make you a Volvo fan for life.

Another good experience at Stadel. I have bought 3 cars from Stadel, the first in 2002, and have been happy with them all. Although I like Volvo cars, it is the service that keeps me coming back to Stadel. Debi Girardi is the reason I drive to Lancaster even when there is a closer Volvo dealership. She explains what is going on with my car in language that I can easily understand and make maintenance decisions based on. I know that between the mechanics and Debi, the work on my cars is done right every time.

Keith Shadle is really terrific. This is the second vehicle he helped us find and purchase. His approach with customers is top notch.

Stopped by the other day to check out an XC60. Experience was great with the staff upfront. Till I spoke with Debi and was basically spit on.never in my life had someone in a professional environment give such an attitude to a customer over a few questions. Not a good look for the company
