2 Strongly recommend avoiding this practice. I’ve submitted payment via check 3x and called a half dozen to talk to billing. A half year later I still get voicemails and emails about my balance. They make you use a portal on your phone but there’s nothing there. I cannot access my results, records, or bills. I never got an eob or anything from them.
My post evaluation meeting took 1 and a half minutes. He canceled on me and rescheduled via zoom. His audio was garbage and we couldn’t understand each other so the call ended.
I went to Dr. Fienberg originally for medical marijuana. The state of Pennsylvania issues is the card for one year! However, Dr. Fienberg refuses to make it a year. It’s only good for six months! He’s not there to help the patients!
