They came out at a reasonable time, the guy name Ivan was very polite and my carpet came out very well he did a great job.

Technician was on time. Very professional, took pride and respect of the job at hand. Performed the service in reasonable time.would use them again and would recommend their services.

Scheduling online was very easy. They showed up on time and finished our living room (which was large enough to count and be charged as 2 rooms) in about 40 minutes. They moved the couches and even picked up all of the random stuff my daughter had dropped under there to do a very complete cleaning. The off-white carpet looks great! Because we have 2 children, we got the carpet protection since this is the most used carpet in the house. I'm hoping it will stand up well.

They were very professional, direct and honest about what they could do. They did the carpet in my colonic room and the bathroom within the bathroom aka colonic room. Both rooms exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased and they provided excellent customer service. Every one who knows me know I am a stickler for good customer service. I will be using them again.

I was disappointed when stanley steamer added 50 dollars to do white wass accross bathroom and kitchen.my estimate was 148.00 and i pd 178.00 and didnt have my rug done.also spots werent done and workers made me feel uncompfortable.i wont use stanley steamer again.i would like someone to come out and fix what wasnt done.not same guys.i thought all would b shinny and clean.not so.

Being a first time customer, I am really satisfied with my carpets they're are deodorized and cleaned. The gentleman's Sokol and Dalet introduced themselves, (very nice guys) showed me their badges, explained how they were going to clean my carpets and immediately got to work. I would reccomend Stanley steamer and use them again.

I was told one price for a single chair $75.00 & $4.50 tax. And after my sofa could not be done the chair price went to $100.00 & tax, even though I was given a price with my contract sent on my email.
