I have a heavy winter jacket with a complicated zipper under a snap closing. Last winter the zipper lost a few teeth and it needed to be replaced. I brought the jacket here with the expectation that it would not be able to be replaced due to the heavy material and complicated stitching to access the zipper. In one weeks time my zipper was fully replaced and the job was well done. Very thorough and good stitching to replace the zipper. I will be returning here for any alterations or dry cleaning.

I’m sorry to leave the negative review because the owner seems very nice. But my husband’s jacket was completely ruined. It could only be dry cleaned so I took it here for refreshment, it wasn’t even that dirty. The service took two weeks instead of a couple days, and the final result is way worse than what I had brought initially. All of that bleeding around the pockets wasn’t there before. I wish they had just told me to leave the jacket as it is instead of ruining it. I didn’t get charged for the service, but nobody will reimburse me for the cost of the jacket. Very very disappointing.

The owner, I assume, or maybe the face of the cleaners since he’s the only one I’ve interfaced with, is rude. I came in recently to drop off two items & the FIRST thing he said was, ”when do you need this? ” I advised that apparently I would need them after his return date from vacation which was posted on the register. He said, “it may be a few days after that. ” Then I replied, “Hi, how are you today? ” to deliberately prompt an exchange of pleasantries that should be concomitant when a patron enters your establishment. This is NOT the first encounter in which I’ve experienced this rude greeting bereft of any warmth, graciousness, or sincerity but continued my patronage bc the dry cleaning was better than others I’d experienced previously. That will no longer be the case. Upon retrieving my items I won’t be back

This dry cleaner is excellent! He is always timely, always polite, and the service is always quality. Highly recommend!

Always prompt, professional, and efficient. Jacques is friendly and courteous, a master of his craft. Stanton loyal since I was a kid!

Worst experience, so disappointed! Worst ever!
We dropped our clothes and suits for dry cleaning on Saturday and was told they would be ready next Wednesday. We tried to pick up on Wed, then was told they would not be ready until Thursday 1pm. We came again on Thursday and was told they were not ready, be patient and wait for a call. We will catch a flight on Friday morning and need to take the suits and coat. And we mentioned this during the time. I tried calling them five times on Thursday and no one picked up the call at all. Poor communication and they do not care!

Love this spot! Attempted a dry cleaner near work only to be sorely disappointed. Lesson learned! Stanton from here on out. Polite, professional, and affordable. What more could you want? !
