Yes this store is great - I was there 1/19 at 930 AM, and your print/copy team was great. Matt worked on a very complex order with me, and was efficient, and very nice! Great experience and your team is really willing to help -

I had a problem with the Passport photo and finally contacted Matt P. - The store General Manager, he listened to me and helped. I appreciated his time, work, and knowledge.

This store is great. I feel that the manager and employees actually care about their customer experience. I also absolutely love their print center here and all of my prints are always extremely high quality. I'm always really specific with what I need and they always nail it!

This store is always lacking in customer care. I only go there when I need something tech immediately that can't wait for a Prime delivery. It's a Sunday afternoon at 1: 30pm and there is one cashier at the register with a line wrapped around of about 12 people. Meanwhile another person behind the counter is asking people if they want to "sign up" for done staples reward deal. Stop being tone deaf. Teach your people customer service and empathy. Ask them if they want to wait in a line for 20 mins while someone ignores them and does something else that is annoying customers. DO BETTER!

Don’t call Rachel before Christmas Eve, she’ll tell you that her line in store is more important than taking your call that only lasted at most 3 minutes. Wouldnt let my mother finish a sentence and seemed she couldnt control herself from mocking my mother’s questions and concerns. Terrible customer service.

Amending this review from 5 stars to 3, as the second order the next day took over 24hours, and the store associates refused to bring the order curbside resulting in having to bring my infant into the store, which we've been avoiding during the pandemic.

I needed wedding programs and a poster with some table signage and Staples pulled through getting everything exactly right as I ordered it FAST (next day at the same cost). The quality, accuracy and speed were perfect, couldn't ask for better.

I just had an excellent customer service experience with Darrin. While in the store to pick up a new office chair, I needed to used the restroom, and unfortunately a toilet must have e been leaking or something because both my purse and my pants bottoms got soaking wet. UGH. However, Darrin addressed the situation calmly and professionally, getting me disinfecting wipes for my purse, and offering a courtesy discount on our purchase for the inconvenience. I appreciate his efforts to make it right, and it turned an unfortunate event into an overall positive customer experience.

Rachel the store manager helped me find exactly what I needed for my wedding invitations. She is excellent. Knowledgeable of the store, and knew exactly which product would work best. She truly helped me. Thankful for her help.

I usually go to this location to do payroll and I just want to say the women behind the printing counter area has an attitude and should be a little nicer.

This Staples is at The Southmont Mall in Easton, PA. It's managed by Darrin who is always there for any customer inquiries or concerns.

Staples has a wide variety of products and services. They offer copy, print, fax, desk, desk, office supplies, UPS Shipping and a whole lot more.

In times of COVID and remote learning this is a "GREAT" place to find everything One needs to set up a Home Office.

Computers are readily available, along w/ Easy Tech Services. Don't forget "The Accidental Warranty" for the computer. It covers spills, drops and a lot more.

Don't forget to sign up for The Staples Rewards Program. Keep track of your coupons through email. Empty ink cartridges can be recycled too.

I couldn't find the Canon ink so was looking for so I asked an employee for assistance. He rolled his eyes and was so irritated he had to help a customer and do his job. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I left that store with only the black ink for my printer because they were out of the combo color. So to sum it up, this store has angry employees and corporate should get on these people to provide better service to the public.

I give 5 stars for the great service I received from both Zachary and Jacob on the purchase of my Kroy desk chair. They both went above and beyond and are both extremely friendly and professional. Now regarding the assistant store manager with whom I unfortunately didn't catch his name, he was awful.rude, unprofessional and would not even give me eye contact. Zachary and Jacob would be a better fit for assistant manager than he himself. He just seemed as if his position got to his head a little bit too much or he just didn't want to be bothered. If you're going to be a manager of any type, You MUST have great customer service skills in which he did not!

Wouldn't honor ink recycling program
As a Staples Premier Member, I recycle 20 ink cartridges every month. When I brought the cartridges in this month, the cashier refused to accept them. The manager demanded I show him a photo of the printer, which I did. He still refused to help. He then took one of the ink cartridges, and never returned. I asked one of the workers to get him, and all he said was "He will be right back". After waiting about 10 more minutes with no help, I left. The sad part is they closed the Greenwidh Staples, which was excellent, and kept this poor one open.
