I leave this review generally, because these folks are always nice, and the store usually has what I need, and specifically to praise Lia, who helped me make a ga-jillion copies tonight. She cheerfully brought me team after team of paper, emptied the hole-punch reservoir, and helped me fix the inevitable paper jam. She even brought me boxes for my paper and effortlessly navigated a busy night, helping customers with their various needs, ever with a smile. My photocopying needs on this particular evening were of the unpleasant sort - family litigation of the particularly nasty variety - so a smile and a friendly face was most welcome. Thank you, Lia. You’re the kind of person retail needs more of.
