It was very easy to place my order online and the size selection and backgrounds were many.

The Exton Staples is conveniently located on Route 100. They are always very accommodating in the Print & Marketing Dept and happily help you with anything. I recommend shopping at this location for all your office needs and the best customer service!

Jay at the customer service desk is fantastic! It's worth taking your business to Staples just to have the opportunity to work with Jay.

As an IT person, this is my favorite store. You can get some good deals in here and I shop here a lot.

LONG POST AHEAD! - I went to my local Staples store to get business cards, earrings cards, and thank you cards printed out as I am just getting my Etsy shop up and running. I had the design already so I emailed it to them to print out, I also took my own cardstock as I didn't know using theirs was an option. Picked up everything 24 hours and the total when I picked up was DOUBLE than what the lady originally told me it would be with really no explanation. Took everything home, started cutting everything out as that was not done, and the paper starts pilling. I couldn't give out these cards to actual people / customers it would have been so embarrassing. I was upset and calling the Staples store in EXTON and spoke to Melissa, she told me to come to their store and lets see what they could do for me. Next day I go - Craig listened to my concerns, understood how upset I was and walked me through the process of what they were going to do to replace my whole order and sat with me to make sure I was ok with how everything looked, what kind of paper they'd be printing out my cards, etc. Skip to the time I left I walked out in happy tears because not only did he refund my whole order, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get this order corrected and I had nothing but a great experience with him. I was there for quite some time and yes they were busy but he never seemed irritated. I would 10000% recommend going to the Exton store because they are friendly faces and I will now only deal with them for my printing needs! SO THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, I appreciate it more than you know!

Typical staples store, convenient location, friendly staff, most of the office supplies will be here, great clearance section, enough parking space, located at prime location on the complex, very convenient on access.

Their customer service is exceptional. They are always ready and willing to help me finish projects and get jobs done.

Only submitted 2 shipping labels for express printing and waited 3 hrs for the "ready for pickup" confirmation email as it clearly promises in the order confirmation. Finally got fed up with waiting and called and was told that it was ready. Literally got the "ready for pickup" email after I had already driven away from the store with my order.seriously?
