Computer Store Staples reviews
7Excellent customer service experience with Evan in lamination! Thank you! Good service is priceless these days! Much appreciated
The store looks like they are selling out. Shelves are not well stocked and how they are stocked confounds me.
Bought a few things I need as a teacher for the upcoming school year. They had what I was looking for at reasonable prices and the staff was polite and helpful.
I was impressed by the knowledge, efficiency and courtesy of the store staff and associates.
Extremely poor customer service - Soohee at the copy service desk was politely unhelpful. African American male was polite and asked me to wait 'a few minutes' for my one page lamination, but simply abandoned my job and he was nowhere to be found! After 40 minutes, I asked an African American female service person to refund my money and give me back my documents I wanted laminated. She couldn't find them and had an attitude... Soohee also couldn't find the papers. Male who took my papers for lamination was MIA. James the manager was no better than the service people. Going forward, it's Fedex/Kinkos for me.
This site has 3 workers behind the print counter, even though printing is done by yourself. When the printer made a mistake by putting my 2 files together in one, I approached the workers for help for a reprint. The male African American in his 50s had ZERO clue what he was doing, for a full 10min, just to resize a photo to fit on a page. BASIC skill you should have if you're going to work in a print ship, no? The manager showed up, and instead of asking for help he continued to struggle. I asked him if he needs me to resend and he refused my help as well. Another 10min later he asks to see my prints. I told him to forget it, I refuse to spend my entire lunch hour watching him be incompetent at a simple task.
These are the people this place hired. Disgraceful.
