Staples, Ephrata PA

I had a great experience with printing once with a girl who was around the age 25-27 years old. She helped me out with my wedding invites immediately and printed with paper that i brought in with no issue. She was great! She didn’t make me wait another day but rather did it right on the spot. But there was another more older lady that was working today and she was EXTREMELY rude. She was no help at all and gave me a lot of attitude. She didn’t offer any help or any other option for what I needed done. Mind you, I had brought the same exact paper that I used for my invites yet she REFUSED to help me.

I was just at the Staples in Ephrata, and the woman behind the copy and printing area was very rude. I asked if she could help me print something out and she told me to go over to the printer and tell me when I need help and she was the rudest person. I just left the store

This store had exactly what I was looking for on Saturday September 9,2023. The associate at the front of the store told me which isle the item I was looking for which saved me a lot of time searching.

Lady in the print center was very unhelpful. Just told me to use the self serve printers.
There is no way to adjust the printer to fill page with print file, so it printed too small.

Color also didn't work right so it left a blue line across my print. Lady said nothing she could do.just use a different printer.

I paid for my junk prints and walked out. Didn't want to try again and spend more money.

I have printed at a different location several times and they're always are super helpful in resizing and they're fast, and they're always happy to reprint anything that doesn't suit, for no extra cost.

Not coming to this location again.

Couple of the employees aren’t the best but most places are like that, overall well kept store decent prices

Took my friend there to get a paper faxed.she is older, and I had to wait in my car with my dogs.anyway she asked the young girl working if she could help her, and she was very very disrespectful and said no, and she was not busy, probably texting on her phone you need to tell your employees to be more helpful and respectful.

Went there twice and an associate at the printing center is a joke. She said she’s busy so she can’t print it for me. And speaking to me very rude.

I went in to drop off a happy returns with the QR code. As I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile. The cashier that helped me with shipping was super sweet and helpful! They have UPS, USPS, and happy returns shipping!
