I brought my GMC truck into your business Star Buick - GMC because of a factory warrantied engine defect. That was on September 15,2021. Your attendant did nothing but jerk me around with excuses. The best one was she stated you don't expect me to dedicate one person to your truck, I have other clients. You had my truck exactly 1 month and I had a loaner for 4 days. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would never return to your business or recommend you to anyone.

So I frequently buy vehicles and I have to say STAR is my top choice! I inquired about an EXTREMELY hard to find 22 Yukon and they were vigilant in finding what I wanted ASAP. I was actually speaking with Rachel F.via text and phone. Let's just say she called me with GREAT news within an hour of my inquiry. Only problem for us was that we were two hours away in Williamsport, PA. But that was ZERO problem for them. They got the credit app via online and they did an estimated appraisal via pictures and video that I sent in of my trade. Got an approval for the loan within a couple hours I believe and spoke with a gentleman named GREG on the phone prior to coming down. Great guy to talk to and easy going. He spoke to me about some things and really made me feel welcome like he knew me which was great. Made arrangements to arrive the following day and were met by a gentleman named Andrew who happened to be our salesperson! What a great dude to deal with! Everything was practically ready and he showed everything we needed to know about the new vehicle. The Dealer is very beautiful and elegant btw clean. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them! They make things so convenient why would you bother with anyone else? Thank you everyone for your kindness and help! The parts guy was pleasant and very helpful in finding tires for my vehicle.
Just like everyone else, they had labor issues so Evan had me drop my car off on Tuesday with the possibility that it would not be done until Thursday. They got it done Tuesday afternoon and I did not have a ride. Courtesy car driver was also pleasant and picked me up within 15 minutes.

Found a great car with Tyler. He showed us a few Encores and we choose one with good mileage and warranties. We got thru the whole process in about two hours - financing and cleaning the car - and left with the car. Tyler was knowledgeable.

Start Pontiac Buick GMC has a top notch service center. Whenever I need work on my car they always make it very convenient for me to schedule an appointment date and time that works for me.

My service advisor suggested the fix for my truck was to change the transmission fluid. For now it’s been ok, but I’m not convinced the problem is totally fixed.

My compliments to the service team at Star [Easton] GMC for exceeding expectations. Service Advisor, Evan Butler, runs an efficient operation and cares for the customer. My schedule was tight that morning and maintenance was completed on my Acadia within an hour of arrival thanks to his steady efforts. Evan made good his promise! Having been a Mercedes and BMW owner for many years, I can say with a smile my loyalty is now with GMC because of the superior product and Star because of the highly professional and dedicated people who make up the team!

I have been dealing with Star Buick for over 25 years & they have provided excellent customer service both in new car sales & service on my vehicles. I would highly recommend that you purchase a car here or have your car serviced here. I just started to work with Marcos & he was very courteous & he gave me personalized service. I was going to go with a lease for a Buick Encore & because of the amount of miles that I drive a year it made more sense to buy. I prefer credit unions so I gave them three choices that I deal with: PSECU, First Commonwealth & People First. I decided on PSECU & they contacted them & they did all the paperwork. It was a Saturday that we did the deal & Marcos stayed overtime to get the paperwork done & signed. I picked up the Buick Encore the next day. The Encore was waxed & cleaned. Marcos had helped to set up OnStar & SXM radio. He went over the new features of the vehicle. This was an excellent customer experience. Thank you very much. Carmen
