The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. The sales manager Ron was wonderful, Jim B the salesman was great and Matt the finance guy was awesome too! It was a great buying experience and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle. I highly recommend Star Quakertown!

Horrible experience with brand new 2021 Sierra. Purchased vehicle back in February of this year. I had the vehicle for one weekend before I had to take it back for service after the vehicle wouldn’t start and the check engine light came on, truck didn’t even have 100 miles on the odometer. Star had my truck in service for several days. They ended up removing several panels under the hood in order to repair a damage wire supposedly. I picked up the truck and experienced another issue a few months later with hesitation that felt to be transmission related. I took the truck back in for service and they stated they could not find anything wrong. I then picked up the vehicle and here we are in November and have another issue. I could not start the vehicle, after 3 attempts the check engine light came on and the dash displayed engine power reduced, service emission system. I called the dealer to bring the truck in for service yet again. I had requested a loaner vehicle snd I was told that they did not have any and that I would need to contact enterprise if I wanted a vehicle. I asked if they were covering the cost and the answer was no. I certainly was not going to pay for a loaner vehicle. I ended up having to inconvenience my wife and use her vehicle while they had my truck for 3 days and stated that they could not find the problem. So here I am with a new truck with 12 k miles on it and has been in for 3 issues so far. Just feel I keep getting the run around. The problem is NOT solved and I am sure I will be back for this issue again at some point. I have purchased several new vehicles over the years from other dealerships and I have never experienced something like this. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I was just inquiring about getting a truck. These days it's kind of tough getting certain vehicles due to covid and all. I called around, spoke to Mike @ star gmc and he was willing to help me out with a future purchase. We hung up, 5 minutes later, they found out that the vehicle I wanted actually just showed up and person that pre-ordered it back out, I went down to look @ it after finding out that someone else claimed it as we were on the phone. After a few minutes and a few heads coming together, they were nice enough to sell it to me Instead beings that I traveled down there to look at it. That says alot to me, everyone was nice and willing to occomidate me and my goal. Thank you everyone involved @ star gmc Buick and Cadillac!

Positive car purchasing experience.
Sometimes purchasing a luxury vehicle can be a bit arduous. Not here. The nice people at Star were very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with.

The good people at Star Buick GMC in Quakertown gave me and wife the bet experience we have ever had buying a car. Colleen is the best. She had everything setup for us when we got there. I'm not sure if she every goes to sleep. She is so responsive. Jeremy "The Man" and Justin "Seal The Deal" was fantastic. Just a great overall experience. We are very have with our new SUV. Warning! BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIPS!

About 7 years ago, I purchased a vehicle from them, it was a great time of people from sales to finance, unfortunately something has happened in the last few couple years that has dragged in a bunch of scam artists. I was looking to sell the vehicle I had purchased from them (nothing wrong with the vehicle) I had expressed interest in selling it to them, then I received an email from someone in their team with an offer. I made the appointment and drove to their dealer, only to be found by one of the most common scams in the industry. The finance person mentioned that the offer was not right and my vehicle was worth $5,000 less than what was there. Once again, my vehicle has no issues, the conditions and mileage were as shared in their email. Really disappointed on the BAD IMAGE that they represent now. While I was there I overheard a salesman trying to sell $5800 2 year power train warranty on a pickup truck. I should have left then. Please avoid throwing your money away at this place.

GMC. COM advertised a price of $52,000 for a 2021 pickup. When I contacted them to purchase it, they said they are adding an extra $5000 to the price because they feel that MSRP is too low.

This is the most insane and unethical thing I have ever heard! To charge extra OVER msrp that is on the GMC website which advertises their inventory.

I contacted another GMC dealer and they had a truck exactly the same…. And guess what? They are selling to me at the MSRP plus rebates. And I got it for a lot less! Don’t deal with those dishonest theives. Make the trip to CT and save thousands at Gates GMC!

We purchased a New Cadillac here a couple of years ago. I came in for new tires which are competitive in price with other locations.but still not a phenomenal deal. We also had a issue with the main touch screen in the car that I found out is completely Shot.an additional $1200+ to have this replaced and needless to say I am Not impressed with the price, or for one of the main components to quit working in a car 2 years old and having only 30k miles. I understand that there is no warranty on the electronic parts.but if the main computer went out I would still be just as upset. Cadillac has certainly come down in the world when it comes the quality of their automobiles. UPDATE, Star Cadillac actually agreed that this was a warranty issue and replaced the appropriate parts.

Let me start off by stating this is the 2nd new GMC Sierra purchased from this dealer in the last 7 years. My 3/36 warranty expired by 21 days when I made the appointment. There is 30,000 miles on the truck. I scheduled a visit weeks in advance to have a malfunctioning forward camera replaced/repaired.
I took a vacation day from work to accomplish this. It wasn't until I arrived and spoke to the GM service representative that I was informed of the mandatory $140 Diagnosis Charge. This ABSOLUTELY should have been disclosed when I made the appointment. This is a deceptive practice. Period. After 1 1/2 hours they informed me of exactly what I had already known - it doesn't work! Of course they didn't have a replacement. To make matters worse the price they were going to charge me for the part was over $200 more than any Genuine GM parts supplier. The service rep first quoted me a total price of parts/labor of $750. It then jumped (opps I made a mistake) to over $1000 when asked how much they charged for the part.not cool.

29 Sep 2021. ** Issue Resolved** Working with the new service manager at Star GMC Jim Weidau the issue has been resolved. The work was rescheduled and completed correctly and on time. If this level of professionalism in the service department under the direction of Mr. Weidau and his staff continues I will be happy to utilize Star GMC for my upcoming sales and service needs.
