I've been going to StarBrite for the last 7 to 8 years because they've gained my trust. Gary and Kurt are great at communication, at explaining exactly what the concern is and why-often including pictures, and I've never felt pressured. They've also been the most affordable and trustworthy garage I've found. I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle in, knowing that I'll receive excellent service and professional communication the entire time.

I moved away from souderton but still drive 15 minutes to get my car serviced here because their service is great and their prices are excellent. Highly recommend Starbrite!

Very trustworthy and honest people, came in while i was in the middle of a long drive when my wheel broke down on me.called here and they told me to come in so they could take a look to make sure I wasn’t being quoted for anything i didn’t need (i initially assumed my shocks gave out which wasn’t the case). The people here were very nice from start to finish, and explained everything to me every step of the way. I was up and out the same day, and was able to resume my drive again.thank you for the wonderful service

They do good work! But over priced. Typically you only charge for a diagnostic test if customer decides to not move forward with the work. $810 for a hvac control valve and diagnostic test is very high compared to other local places I’ve spoke too

Yeah they they brought my car right in. I didn’t have an appointment and they took good care of me. They had the parts in stock for some Mercedes engine and they have the oil in stock so that was a great benefit to me.

I have been using Starbrite for many many years. Never been like down, they always take care of me like I’m one of their family, and I have a handicap vehicle. They make it as easy as they can for me to get an inspection and oil change, or just work on my van when needed. I recommend them to everyone. A great local business too. Walt

Eric is a very talented old school mechanic with today’s diagnostic technology. He’s a “motor head” and I mean that in a good way because of his years of experience you can tell he knows what he’s doing and he does excellent work and he’s straight up. Unlike some of the other shops where you have sales people in the office and “techs” in the shop that are hit or miss. I definitely recommend Eric after the experiences I’ve had through the years.

I was involved in a situation that left me without the use of my car… tires slashed and all. These guys saved my day and my car and I can’t say enough about them. Picked me up and my car and saved me a small fortune in the process. This Damsel in distress was salvaged and I owe them a debt of gratitude! You won’t be disappointed! These guys are awesome!

Called first, mid afternoon, to determine if there was a backlog. There was none so I drove over and was serviced immediately, while I waited, and at a reasonable price. One half hour, start to finish.

They were able to take me in right away as a walk in and my oil change was finished within 30 minutes, I received a prompt text letting me know the service was completed and the staff was super friendly. I will be returning!

Great customer service on time appointment. I did not have to wait long for my 2011 grand cherokee found new home for my vehicle will recommend.

My favorite auto mechanics I’ve been going to for the past 5 years.even after moving, I still go here. The prices are better than most garages in the surrounding area and Gary & Kurt are upfront with everything and will absolutely take care of you.

I had a screw in my tire and was slowly loosing air. They fit me right in and it only took a few minutes to remove screw and plug the tire.

I have used Starbrite for years. The service has always been out standing and the price have always been reasonable. I recommend them always and are my go to always.

Great shop and friendly service! Didn’t have to wait long to get car inspected and repairs done. Dropped it off at noon and was done early afternoon. I would recommend.

Thay are all so polite, I feel very comfortable there knowing that I’m in good hands and being a single woman that they won’t take advantage of me and I trust them very much and there prices are fair
