23 The male employee was lazy and rude, there are no waste containers in the store when i i asked him to dispose the empty sugar pack he told me in a nasty way that there are on the street, and walked away.
And so am i walking away from this company for good.

Poor and hostile customer service, yes I said hostile yikes. Not to corporate standards which is quite sad. Mop and broom thrown on the floor the back counter was disgusting.
Great coffee and work space! It wasn’t very busy and unfortunately the girls working were very loud in their banter and conversation. Everything echoed in the space and I had to move to a corner room and ultimately outside Starbucks to a lobby area where I could still hear their voices. Coffee is not the only product you serve, the experience in your space is also important.
My Favorite Starbucks in the LV. Staff is professional and courteous. I would Love to recommend others to try it.
They were fairly quick during a busy time. They mildly mangled the piece of cake I ordered, but my drink and cake was tasty.
Every time I walk into this Starbucks I receive nothing but attitude specially from the red headed guy. This place has no friendly customer service.

Favorite Starbucks in the LV hands down. Staff professional, friendly and customer-focused. If you're a regular they know your name and drink and have it ready when you get up to the bar. Good vibes all around. 510 Flats delivers the experience that Starbucks promotes.
We went to the store and doors were opened. Manager didn’t want to sell, with a baby inside, I tried one more time, but even the Manager were laughing making fun, really unprofessional. Totally disappointed ️ not going back ever again
I’ve been there four times and every time I’ve been there my drinks were horrible and the customer service I received especially from the “manager” was super unprofessional and rude. I also don’t understand what professional establishment allows their employees to watch their children while on the clock. Will not be coming back here and making sure I’m letting all my friends know to never spend their money there.
I walked in and ordered one venti frap a regular coffee and 2 shots. I asked for each shot to be separate. They put both shots in 1 cup so I asked for my two shots to be separated when shakira refused and said I’d have to pay for another double shot. That’s not what I asked for. When another rep just took away the one shot and made me my shots separate. Then I asked for her name and she says “you’ve been rude enough I’m not giving my name” and refused to give me her name. Then Ben stated it was a misunderstanding and her name was shakira. I’m so furious with Starbucks customer service lately. WhT is going on? !
This is the only Starbucks in southern Bethlehem and near Lehigh campus. Decent place, good music and lovely stuffs. But this Starbucks isn’t a full Starbucks store. It can only shop with Starbucks rewards or mobile app but you cannot redeem anything using the stars.
Madison Farms Starbucks is really the best around. Fast Personal service, its how it should be:)
Everytime I order here I get something done wrong. It's like they just try nd get the place emptied out.
I just called and was spoken to like I was an idiot. I told the person they were being rude to me and they hung up. Don’t bother going here.
Great atmosphere, lovely staff, been coming here for a while and I'm glad to have seen the employees grow, the staff is very helpful and helps guides you if you need it

I've been a gold card member since 2014 (when I found out about it) I've been a starbucks stock holder since like 2011, and have been patronizing the company much longer. NEVER until today have they tried to charge me extra for having no extra water in my ice tea.
Got two venti iced coffees this morning that might as well have been two iced waters. I've never received a more watered down/weak coffee.
The bar seats facing the window are great for natural light. Music is sometimes too loud compared to other local coffee shops.
