Starbucks, Shrewsbury PA

Placed an online order.got there 10 minutes later.waited inside.waited.waited.and after i couldnt take it anymore i asked the lady where my order was. The barista turned around to a stock pile of orders and fished my order out of the bunch.it had been ready since i got there.i waited nearly 30 minutes.i guess being patient and considerate are not qualitys that starbucks appreciates.

I love these people. Some of them have taken the time to learn my name. I always get a special order and they always get it right. I reccomend to anyone. Even if the line is wrapped around the building they get you out quick. Great spot!

Awesome staff, very efficient operation. I'm not from around the area, just passing thru. However, of the many starbucks stores I've been to world wide, this store ran a tight ship with very friendly atmosphere

I asked for a puppichino for my very eager puppy after receiving my drink and the person at the window said that I needed to tell them about it while orderIng. I have never had this happen before at this location or any of the locations I’ve been to and the person at the window had the snarkiest attitude towards me. It doesn’t take much to put whipped cream into a cup and there was only one car behind me. I’m not sure if they just had a bad day or what but I wasn’t expecting rude service.

Be prepared to basically be ignored if you go inside to order. I know drive through metrics are important, but so are your customers who walk in!

They we super busy today and the drive thru lane was wrapped all the way around the building. You could tell the staff was moving as fast as they could. Even with being super busy they still find the time to be personable and kind. I was in the drive thru line and was waiting on my drinks and the young lady working the drive thru popped her head out and made conversation to help pass the time. I'm in customer service and this kind of stuff can't be taught. I really appreciated it. Thanks again to the team at this location

Always nice and helpful people. Lines get to be a little longer during busy times. You want something in particular, please check by calling. Use to have limited food on Mondays but I haven't been there on Mondays lately.

Consistently the best starbucks I've ever been to. Excellent service, friendly baristas, my drink is always correct (and I have a pain in the butt drink). I go out of my way to make it to this starbucks! Highly recommended.

Insanely busy when I went Saturday evening. Placed mobile order, suppose to be ready in like 10 minutes. Was well over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. One drink made wrong, they remade it but that increased the wait. So it honestly doesn't matter if you go in or order on your phone, time still the same. People that walked in and order got the order before me. I came in 10 minutes after I placed my mobile order.

Nice location with great people who get your order correct and done fast even if it's Happy Hour and they're very busy. This is one of my favorite Starbuck locations.

The service of some of the staff are kind and helpful. I use to come almost every day when I lived in this area and I loved when Mackenzie would be working! Her customer service is on point and she always remembered my order! The only unfortunate thing and the reason I am giving this location 4 stars is that the Management has changed and not a fan!

They have heavy whipping cream.if you ask for it. If you follow the ketogenic way of eating, you'll understand why that detail is important!

I like Starbucks, but the repeated bad attitude of the staff makes this particular shop impossible to return to. Perhaps it is local southern York County phenomenon. McD's gets my business when I visit this little town.

I don't think I've ever had a Starbucks blended frappuccino that was actually well blended. Always all the liquid/flavor and then all the ice slush. I don't know why I keep trying.

My visit to this place was pleasant, the staff was very courteous and helpful, even though the place was bustling with patrons, they where polite and treated everyone with respect and courtesy.

I like their products tasty ready made sandwiches and pastries, their coffee exceptionally good, I enjoyed dealing with the people here, great place.

Go to stop off 83 when headed to and from BWI. This place is usually busy and does a great job getting drinks out promptly.

I'm a Starbucks lover & have been to MANY locations, but this one is by far the best. The staff are punctual, provide amazing customer service and most importantly make your drink right every time.

Starbucks was very busy! Outside trash was overflowing and bathrooms smelt like urine. Ordered my drink and then the girl made it wrong. Told her it was supposed to be a salted cold brew coffee. She simply said ok, and then proceeded to go on break or leave for the day without making my drink over or tell a coworker to make it for me! Probably won't be back.

Love, love, love my neighborhood Starbucks! Extremely friendly, courteous always and have amazing knowledge of their products. Brandon is a wonderful manager and keeps it running extremely well. Unfortunately, Brandon is not the manager anymore. His hard work paid off and he has accepted a well deserved promotion within Starbucks. I.
