Starbucks, Allentown PA

They are always rude when I go there. I have worked at a Starbucks for over 2 years and I have been going to Starbucks for even longer but I try to avoid this particular corporate store. The manager is rude and scolds costumers for policies that don’t exist. I know they are a corporate store but that doesn’t mean I need to be scolded and told my store should be following these rules this particular store obviously made up. The baristas are nice occasionally but are always overshadowed by the sour behavior of the manager who always seems to be up front speaking for them. I feel bad for them really. The location is so nice looking and so is the lighting but if they are rude and the drinks are always made wrong then I have a hard time wanting to go there. I had a salted sweet cream cold foam cold brew made with salt and nonfat milk instead of sweet cream and salt one time. Worst think I have ever tried to drink.

It's almost never open. In fact they are only open 24 hours total in an entire week. It's getting cold and people want lattes.

This shop could have been open this whole Pandemic with some walk up windows. It would have been so easy and would have still been making a profit with no foot traffic inside the store. Starbucks just gave up without a fight. Walkup windows and displys in the windows for people to choose other things.

It is a Great location and beautiful setting. Nice rating there for sure! Only I'm not a fan of the whole extremely expensive beverages!
I do recommend the all good for your body and skin, iced Green Tea. It IS pretty good I suppose for the proce it aight.

Starbucks is my favorite cafe to go relax and have unwind while as dipping an amazing cup of coffee or espresso!

If you know me, then you know this is my home Starbucks. I've been there since day 1. And over the years I have met awesome people from the staff, who treat me great. To the people I meet on a daily basis. I have forged some great relationship here. Oh yeah, the coffee. That's great too. The only down part is it's a licensed store so not able to use my rewards from my Gold cars.

The employee was rude told me we have a no product policy.if you are not going to buy anything you can't stay here. I was 15 minutes ago got a ice coffee just went outside to take a phone call.came back in to charge my phone.so was the other employees. I will never go back in there again! Very rude

It's fine as Starbucks go. The downside is that you can't use rewards there as it's not a corporate store, though you can at least pay with the Starbucks app.

I usually enjoy my Starbucks experience but this location is hit or miss. Usually, tables aren't clean and the staff is rude. We had to order to get the bathroom code. I thought that stuff only happened in times past.

Super friendly helpful service. They have a full range of Starbucks product offerings. Great lounge area and of course free WiFi.

9 months later I stand by that review. For the Starbucks Rewards members note that this is not a corporate store. You can't redeem here and your purchases don't count toward challenges. Your purchases do earn stars at the usual rate.

Nice, easy going environment. Shy, my barista, was super helpful w/ a recommendation I asked. Definitely worth the visit just keep in mind it's city traffic across PPL.

Each time I come here the workers always remember what I usually get and that's what you call amazing service! The only downside of this place is that they don't take the rewards but you can only get the stars.
