Starbucks, Middletown PA

Not open even though the website claimed to be open at 4: 30 AM. It’s 5: 03 and ticking…. Have watched many sad people walk up to the closed window.

Saw it was closed. It's 9AM and the gate was down. Saw a lady with a drink and asked her where she got it. Said here. So I've been sitting here waiting for my plane to board for 45 minutes and someone in the back with gate pulled halfway down and nobody to be seen. This is pathetic. Be open when your open, not half open, open when you want to be. I could see if you're one person and you need to go to the bathroom but like I said unless something unforseen has happened this is unacceptable.

There was one poor woman working the counter and preparing the orders in the busy airport Starbucks. The line was long, people were rude and demanding. She never once lost her cool. She maintained a sweet and kind demeanor throughout a very trying situation. And each order came out perfect. Kudos to this lady!

I enjoy their summer drinks more than the hot drinks. Hibiscus ice tea is delicious. Summer is coming.

Small blonde barista has to be one of the sweetest people I've met. She is so pleasant even when people are being difficult. Refreshing, especially in an airport coffee shop!

Long line to order and pay, but only one person at the cash register and to complete the orders.

Good coffee as usual. The thing with this place is that they open whenever the employees feel like it. Hours say 4: 30 but they're still back there getting things ready at 5: 00.

It's Starbucks. I got coffee. Plain coffee. No mocha. No whip. No syrup. Just coffee. It was fine.

I’m usually not a coffee diva when I visit Starbucks. I have a specific drink, triple tall flat white at kids temp. The kids temp is important to me and when I ordered my coffee it was volcanic hot. I asked the barista if it was at kids temp and she told me it was very demeaning.

I am a barista, coffee shop owner, and roaster. It was not at kids temp.

Since I paid almost $6.00 I asked her to remake the coffee at kids temp. With a scowl she took my coffee back, dumped it all back in the milk pitcher, and poured cold milk from the fridge inside the pitcher. Then she just poured it back in my cup and said, “it’s at kids temp now”

I called Starbucks customer compliant line thinking they would think this behavior was ridiculous. They didn’t have an opinion, and so I wasted my time and money. I use HIA a lot and so I find the coffee on my United flight better with less drama.

The speed of a turtle, and the personality of a duck. Never ask for something custom, their minds will be blown and you may miss your flight.
