Starbucks, North Wales PA

I placed a mobile order for one Frappuccino here and ended up waiting 30 minutes to get my drink. When I finally did get it, it was a watery consistency and didn't even taste like a Frappuccino. By far the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks.

Good solid coffee as usual from Starbucks I usually get their coffee because it is better than gas station or Wawa. Only problem With this location is drive-through is often very busy and sometimes only drive through drive-through only. There aren’t enough quality coffee places in this area the main reason why I keep going back to Starbucks is because of their quality beans

Due to this store's location, it's often quite busy and the drive through line can be long, but it's always worth the wait to get a consistently reliable Starbucks product. Experience says that a line at a restaurant often means that there is something good ahead. The store is clean and spacious with a welcoming staff. I do think this particular store attracts more than it's fair share of customers who don't have any patience nor understand the way to treat service workers. It's sometimes shocking to see how rude customers can be here and frankly, that's reflected in many of the dubious one-star ratings. No, Starbucks isn't the world's best coffee shop, but it's a place that you know what you're getting and can rely on. This location is no different and I'm happy to be a regular customer.

This place has been amazing to go since I am Deaf and they are always willing to learn signs. They will always be ready with my order when I go to the Drive-Thru. Always have to have the blueberry muffins since it has hint of lemon flavor which is amazing!

They made the wrong drink I ordered it in drive-thru The lady at the window was really rude Not recommended

I stopped here over a dozen times. This is by far the slowest drive through I've ever used. 1 or 2 cars in line means at least 15 to 20 minute wait. If I was the manager, I'd start completely over with staffing. I'm going to start going elsewhere.

One of the worst for Starbucks service.

I come here occasionally because I think "This time will be different! ". Its not.

Consistently in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Theres maybe 4 cars ahead of me.

When paying 7.00 for a triple latte I expect it to be correct. Not warm milk with a hint of coffee flavor.

Typical millennial staff, laughing, carrying on, staring at their phones, and doing their job poorly. There is usually one person working who I can sense doesn't belong because they're trying to work hard but their coworkers could care less.

Starbucks would be wise to close this location until they can staff if halfway decent.

Not only did we wait 25 minutes in the drive thru, but the baristas were goofing off. My strawberry açaí refresher had so much syrup in it, i broke it between two cups and added water and it was still so syrupy. My double chocolatey chip tasted of chunky chocolate milk and was a little to watery for being a “milkshake” related drink. I usually enjoy starbucks, but this trip was rough. I will not be returning to this specific location smh.

Always busy with a que around the store. Though the line usually moves fast. It's hard to tell when the dining room is open sometimes. I just look to see if anyone walks to the door.

Easily the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Drive thru wait was very very long but during these times, things can be slow. No apology for the wait? No problem. Now the taste of the 3 frappuccino's? My 7 year old could of followed directions and mixed them better than the one's we had. You've got to be kidding me. Ridiculous.

Kindness is Overwhelming @ Every Starbucks from California to New York I was a Sales Manager for 35years traveling to All States and Every Starbucks is The Same because of Management/ Managers and The Greatest Associates to Implement the Corporate Culture. Hold You Cup's HIGH

Had a great experience yesterday - stopped by the drive thru after visiting the vet and the barista saw our dog and connected with us.unfortunately i don’t have her name, but she had a lot of cool pins on her apron.our dog has cancer and she was able to relate and make our day so much better after dealing with all the stress that comes with caring for a sick pup.and of course, the drinks were great.thank you so much to her and the baristas at this location.

Always busy but the wait is never to bad. The staff is light and efficient and the orders always tastes great and are accurate

They had loud hip hop music blaring through the speakers. Not a good place to go to relax or if you need to concentrate.
