Starbucks, Media PA

After placing my mobile order, I arrived at the due time the app gave me, and I waited an extra 15 minutes to just give them time since the store was a little busy, and when I asked where my order was, I was told they would get right on it, but then I realized a drink was sitting right by the blender that had been sitting there since I arrived, and it was indeed my drink, and when the barista went to finish it off, she handed it to me. I told her that I wasn't going to accept a drink. I paid $7 and it was sitting there the whole time I had been waiting for it. She had a real attitude about it, and I explained to her that if she was in my shoes, she wouldn't have accepted it either, but my drink wasn't the only one sitting idle by the blender. I really think that the store manager, Melody, should be trained better because she is very condescending, as is the district manager, Tim.

Tony who often works at the drive through window is one heck of a guy! He makes my visits even more enjoyable with his lovely personality and top notch customer service.

Stop here in the am almost every day. It's very rare they mess anything up. Staff is friendly and service is quick

Very nice Starbucks, can get busy at times. On a nice day if you have time has nice seating areas outside.

It's a Starbucks bigger than some. Jan 2022.20 car line at drive through, at least. 10 customers inside. Service good. I had tea. I don't like Starbucks coffee.

The management has had their hands tied during the pandemic and tend to be unreasonable about certain things. It feels like a game of "Simon says" just to get served.
As a whole Starbucks has done wonders to bring good coffee to the masses, but now that we have "woken up", there are definitely better small businesses in the area to enjoy a good espresso and patronize a local business who cares about customer service.

I actually used the convenience of their drive through. This Starbucks has the most friendliest service people I think I've ever met at a Starbucks. I got the egg, cheese, double bacon on crosciiant and a ham and Swiss cheese on a Baggett. Delicious! The ham and Swiss warmed up has a bit of maybe similar to spicy mustard on it, it's a Must try, mouth watering lunch, Yummy very filling well priced lunch deal. My husband had the egg sandwich and said it had a great taste especially with the double bacon. Oh, and my Vanilla Chai Tea Hot Latte, Superb! 10 /10 for Starbucks

Coffee (hot coffee) was cold, late and not fresh, I was disappointed, and I don't want wait, I'm in starbucks coffee suppose to be hit and fresh I'm not in 7eleven

Staff at Starbucks are always so helpful. I asked them to remake my coffee that I ordered off their app because I really dislike having a plastic stopper in my hot coffee cup. And that's because of my anxiety from my breast cancer diagnosis. I cannot eat or drink hot food that has been in touch with plastics. Too much evidence connects doing that to cancer. So when I made my request, they happily complied. They completely understood and they had it done in no time with a smile.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. I would sit in line for an hour if I had to, just to be greeted by their LOVELY staff. They are are all so friendly and sweet. Usually when I go to Starbucks, it’s my caramel macchiato that’s making me smile when I pull away from the drive thru window, but not at this one; at this Starbucks, I often have my mood changed to a more positive one after experiencing the bright bubbliness of the baristas here:) they consistently make my day!

I order medium coffee with extra sugar and cream, when i came to the window i told them please do not forgot to put extra sugar and cream, they sayed we did, but when i tried there was no sugar an no cream

I just ordered a venti coffee, and not only is it perfect - but the gentleman who took my order (who is always here working his butt off!) just hand delivered the drink to my table. Such a bright spot in my day! 'm not sure of his name, but he is always well dressed with a bow tie.

Awesome location with nice employees, but man does this place get traffic. Like so much the drive through almost always wraps around the building and then goes in front of the nearby plaza. This makes it really hard to park and get in and out of the first 2 or 3 rows of parking spaces outside of the restarant.so as a pro tip park a bit farther out and go inside instead of waiting in the crazy long drive through.
