Starbucks, York PA

One of my favorite Starbucks locations I’ve visited! I recently have begun to stop here every week or so on the way into work, and every barista has been so friendly and helpful! I’ve always had my drinks come exactly as ordered, and sooner than expected. And every barista has been happy to help. This morning I chatted with Lilliana and Ashley while I waited for my drinks, and they were so sweet and kind. A great start to the day! Thanks guys for working hard & being a bright spot in my mornings ️

We went there to use a gift card. I really do like the coffee, but $2.75 for a "tall" cup is crazy.

They will take an eternity to make your drink. Like 30 minutes or more. Often they forget the food or they make that first and it's cold by time your drink is made.

Honestly I just go to Rutters or somewhere nearby. It's not worth the hassle in the morning.

Upside. The folks at this location are very nice and it isn't as bad in the afternoon or midday.

Great location! I was greeted quickly by a friendly worker. The atmosphere is happy and up beat. What I noticed most was how many customers they greeted by name while I was in there getting some work done. I was very impressed with the customer service here!

Mobile ordered ahead. Cute location.bigger inside than it seems. They are busy but employees weren't being utilized properly. Had to wait for our order ahead order. Customizations we asked for weren't properly executed but it was good enough.

The staff at this location make it worth the visit. I stop in almost everyday in my way to work because it's fast, the staff are great and I can always count on the Quality of starbucks coffee

Great interior design and atmosphere. My fiance and I love getting our coffee here, and being able to sit and talk.

This Starbucks is so cute! The employees are always friendly and welcoming, make the drinks fast and are always happy to offer suggestions. The store is also always decorated for the different seasons and the definition of a happy place.

Had an out-of-state baseball tournament and stopped here on the way. What super friendly staff and great looking shop.

I had a very rough morning and had to put down one of my pets. The ladies working there did and said some really sweet stuff and wrote lovely notes on our cups. It’s really nice knowing how compassionate people can be.

Walked in this morning to order quick breakfast and coffee for me and Mom. Was greeted by nice gentleman who advised he will be right back with me. So I was standing there front of the register as he walked over to the side to “gossip” some with his lady coworker. After the gossip session was done he attended to taking my order. Coffee was prepped rather quickly but the lady making sandwiches took her sweet time gossiping with the gentleman who took my order the whole time. As she prepped the sandwiches and packed them she continued to gossip and taking her sweet time. I was standing right there so instead of handing me my order she put it down behind the counter and the lady that was making coffee had to walk over to grab my order for me and give it to me. I don’t know if that’s “York” normal speed for Starbucks but this was one of the most awkward situation I’ve been especially I could hear them gossip, chill and work some.

Always an amazing experience, went in for my birthday and left with a cute little note on my bag? I come here almost every morning just to enjoy some conversation and amazing drinks.

Drive Thru staff are exceptional. They are friendly, and always assure your order is correct. Definitely a great start to your morning ️

Crew was very friendly, and had an appropriate number of staff considering the amount of orders they had. They still managed to get us in and out very quickly without skimping on customer service or messing our order up though. Very pleased with the experience.

This was my first visit to this location. Staff was pleasant and store was clean. However, I just purchased a Venti cold brew and 3/4 of the cup is ice. I spent $4.82 on 4 ounces of liquid and 3/4 of a Venti cup of ice! I did not realize this until after I was a mile down the road and started to drink my drink or I would’ve taken it back

6: 30pm. My daughter and I walked in and stood there for at least 3 minutes. Not one employee said hi or even acknowledged us.just looked at us multiple times, so we walked out. Wow, what great customer service.
