Starbucks, Irwin PA

It's always good but when the pink drink's not available.my 10 year old which is the only reason we go there, cries.yeah tighten up on that Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks! They always have fast service and are super friendly. Abrielle especially. She goes out of her way to make the customer experience amazing. Thank you everyone! You’re all awesome!

The diorama presentation was amazing. We enjoyed looking at all the displays. I just wish I could have gone into the basement but I was in a wheelchair and it was steps. The gift shop had so much we wanted to buy it all but sanity prevailed!

Drove out of my way to come here and get a shaken espresso with oatmilk. They were out of oatmilk and the sweetener, aka 2/3rds of the components of the drink. The counter lady was pleasant but you gotta question a coffee shop that can’t keep these very basic drink components in stock. I’m sure they will blame “supply chain” issues but in reality it’s just a bad manager who isn’t good at ordering stock.

Got my order slightly wrong, and a barely any ice in my iced drink.but not the worst mistakes in the world

Really dislike that the stores aren't putting cream and sugar out for customers to add themselves. Employees rarely get the mix the way I like it.

Typical drive-thru experience. Condescending barista, almost $10.00 for two cappuccinos. They were made decent at least. At this Starbucks, you definitely don't get what you pay for.

I just want to say that these baristas are very kind. This place is always non-stop busy but they keep things moving very quickly. My experiences here are always pleasant and the drinks are always made well. I go out of my way to go to this location. Thank you!

Polite and attentive staff. Cold is cold, hot is hot, special temps are accomodated. Fast service, usually a line so be prepared for that, NOT employees fault though, just only store in area. Cell ap works great, I usually order while waiting in line, works great for me!

To the women/mom of 3 leaving Starbucks today, you totally made my day by the compliment you gave me. To the women/mom of 3, who said you look like a bum and I was so well put together, you are not and didn't look like a bum. With your messy bun, sweats and aviators, mom of 3 you are beautiful too and totally killing it. See one small act of kindness or just a simple compliment can turn someone's day around. She has no idea how much that compliment meant to me. I have been having it rough the last few months dealing with self image etc that her few words made me smile and brighten my day. To the women/mom of 3 you totally rock too and again are beautiful. Remember to always be kind, you never know what someone is going through. ️ I would love to find her and buy her coffee.

You have my nitro cold brew and the employees are nice. Only problem is Irwin cold afford 1 or 2 more to cut down on the foot traffic of this one.

We used the drive through. The service was very fast and the associates were friendly. Enjoyed my coffee it was very tasty
