Starbucks, Allentown PA

This is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks drive thrus I have ever been to. Always takes forever! Learned my lesson and won't be coming back.

Tried to upcharge me for a drink that I always get and know the charge and how to ring it. I left. The person in front of me had a problem as well and left without purchasing anything.

There was a customer there with a screeching kid. Not Starbucks fault but it was annoying and no staff intervention.

This is the Worst Starbucks. I no longer go to it. I would go to this one because it's closest to me for work and I have never once had a good experience there every order I get is incorrect and I even pay for the extra add ins but every time when I receive my order it is wrong. I have also ordered a bakery item several times and I do not recieve my bakery item making me go back to get it everytime.when I made a comment once to the manager she was very rude saying "well if you don't tell me I can't fix it. " I even said to her I wasn't telling you to fix it I was asking to be sure that my current order is correct before I leave with it. She didn't apologize or try to make sure my order is correct this time instead she got defensive and told me "well I don't know it should be right ". After that day with the manager I refuse to go to that starbucks anymore. It is beyond ridiculously bad service and equally terrible beverages they make. And I was an every other day customer to Starbucks. Now I only go maybe once a month all the way over to hamilton Street.

Store cleanliness and customer service with some of the team needs improvement. This store has a monopoly in a prominent neighborhood. Which translates, that they don't have to try to hard because their customer base is a given. Like me, I imagine other customers are little more discerning and notice the filthy floors, unkempt counter tops and syrupy goo dripping down the beverage service counter. Which I can attest has been there for two days! After getting my bad experience corrected with the supervisor, I contemplated getting an additional part-time job there, but after further reflection, I would not want to be a part of a team that demonstrates that less than 100% is acceptable. 2 stars for the customer service correction. 1 star for a sloppy store experience.

So dissapointed with my experience there. Ordered 5 triple espressos, an iced coffee and a strawberry acai. After i left i noticed they only gave me 4 triple espressos and after i measured them, they were actually 3 triple espressos. So instead of 15 paid espressos i ended up receiving 9. Shame on them for scamming people! And they gave me no receipt. I’ll never go there again. Watch out when you order more drinks, because it is easy for them to scam you!

Had a horrible experience here with an employee with glasses and lavender hair and septum ring who wad working the drive through window. She neglected to wear a name tag, probably so she could continue to be horribly rude to patrons without any consequence/people being able to call her out on her poor behavior by name.

This location also had trash littered all over the front and was disgusting. They incorrectly made our drinks, my extra foam drink had less than half an inch of foam. Would absolutely never recommend anyone go here this wad an absolutely horrible experience. Don't recommend anyone going here and will likely switch to Dunkin instead after such poor service and experience.
