Starbucks, Upper Darby PA

I was the only person standing in line at the register and waited for 10 minutes as 6 baristas continued running around. Nobody greeted me, told me they would be with me, not one hello, nothing! Everyone had there back turned to the customers. This is not the Starbucks brand I remember working for, this would've been unacceptable when I was working for Starbucks. The whole Friday morning shift all need better customer service training or just a brand new manager. Worse service ever.

Ordered Chai Tea, Impossible Sandwich, & Small Coffee. Staff was nice. Chai Tea tasted watered down, coffee was ok, but the sandwich looked thrown together as if a 2 year old made it; and cheese was on the outside of the bag. Highly disappointed.

I always had great experience at Bryn Mawr’s Starbucks, but this was the dirtiest Starbucks I have been to. Their was cluster all of the floor. The barista made my drink and held the drink from the lid. Her hands were all over on the opening of the lid from which I am supposed to be drinking (she did same with previous customer). That’s very unhygienic especially during Covid and other infectious diseases. I am not coming back and this place needs to take public health and cleanliness seriously and properly train their employees.

Horrible service. I visited this location on 5/21/2022 at 10: 30 AM after placing a mobile order and waited 15 minutes. They completely disregarded the mobile orders and then got an attitude when I inquired about my order. The Clerk then directed someone else to make it and it wasn’t even hot. I just trashed the coffee and left. Starting to get trashy coffee and poor service at just about every location from Philly to North Carolina. Please tighten up Starbucks!

This Starbucks is really falling off. I don’t know what changed. I had a very bad drinks. It happens but today I ordered oatmeal with a splash of heavy cream and I’m almost certain the oatmeal is not cooked at all. They literally just poured heavy cream over the oats. It was so cold smh.

Update: Today was better. Things are looking up.

I love this location! The only thing I would change is: I was there 5/1/22 around 1pm and the employee Haley is so rude to her coworkers. It's a shame she was rude, rolling her eyes when they asked her a question, and also got an attitude with them. One younge lady fell and everyone asked her was she ok and Haley just said, " you should of wore non slip shoes". Other then that everyone else is amazing.

Very clean workers are nice but don't be in a rush their very slowing making drinks. Not sure if it's cause their trying to make quality drinks or cause their over welmed but it took 30 mins to get a caramel brulee latte on a Sunday morning

Cute little local Starbucks. My order is always a black iced coffee with coconut milk and Stevia. Super simple but so good. Staff is always so sweet.

John the barista was very kind to me during my visit. He stepped in when I was having trouble ordering my drink and lunch and made sure I was well taken care of.

Order my items at 9: 09am. Sat and waited for my order to “come up”. 9: 40 they say their all caught up with orders and don’t see my mobile order. 9: 50am they ring up my mobile order and tried to make me wait for “my order to come up” prolly the most annoying Starbucks ngl

This location of Starbucks is ok so far! They have very little space inside the store and most of the time these area is occupied with same group of people for hours! Staff are friendly and helpful but I wish they would be more attentive what the customers are asking for! I got surprised when I drink my coffee ️ and found out that they didn’t make the way I wanted! Or sometimes coffee is not hot enough. Specially if I visit the store before the closing hours! But that’s not fair, if you’re open means you are supposed to give me the same quality of coffee as the morning! As I am paying you the same price! But unfortunately I can’t go back and tell them that I didn’t like the coffee, because they already have closed by then!

The best starbucks in town! I been going to this Starbucks for years and I love this location. This
location has highly professional, very well trained, warm welcoming and friendly baristas, the management is top notch and overall a very friendly and always a clean environment to sit and enjoy my coffee while I work. Here, I am always greeted with friendly gestures, my drinks are always made on point. While at some point, when the drinks I ordered weren't properly made, I took it back and they kindly apologized, handled with special care and remake the drinks and also gave me rewards for the next drink. There is always room for improvement at every business, but this location, never disappointed me and I have always been satisfied with their customer service skills and professionalism and overall just the location for my favorite drinks. This is why, I will always come here to grab my morning coffee and afternoon refershers with out a doubt. #appreciating all baristas, I also want to give shout out to my favorite barista Dominique for her professionalism, friendliness, and she's always handling my drinks with care and making my coffee on point!

Got a gift card for Xmas 4 years ago. Useful card. Take females there in foul weather to recharge and watch snow/sleet come down sideways. Naturally, turns out even Nature is better with a Starbucks coffee!
