My daughter LOVES their Pink Drink, and it is really good! But they are out of it a lot it seems.and as always, prices are crazy high. But that's how it's always been at any Starbucks. This location is always clean and never a long wait. Staff is efficient and usually friendly ️

A *really* well done Starbucks, and one that’s perfect for getting some work done at.

An absolutely massive amount of outlets everywhere, a wide variety of seating options, clean restrooms, big windows, friendly and fast baristas, and ample parking.

Bonus: a nice amount of outdoor seating as well. A+ location.

I love Starbucks. But this location is not that great. They always have the mobile ordering turned off. Then they put a handmade sign on the front door saying drive-through service only. The past two months hasn’t been that great. I get that we are in different times with COVID.

Placed an online order for in-store pickup and when we arrived it was ready and they helped us fine it very quickly despite their busyness and the number of people waiting. Very nice staff, order was correct and tasty. Great location!

We had a good experience here! The cashier was not very friendly and even took wrong order but the guy who was preparing our order was so polite and helpful he fixed the issue and replaced it.

The crew here is nothing short of amazing. Every time I come I am greeted warmly by at least 3 people. With everywhere understaffed and experiencing supply shortages, this team is full of hardworking individuals who do their best every day. While the wait is long, you should expect it when you pull up and see the amount of cars in line. They are working as fast as possible inside to get everyone served as quickly as they can. Please be kind to them! Don’t go if you’re in a rush or already late somewhere as they can’t control how busy it is. But they will still get you your favorite drink and do it with a smile! Coming here almost always makes my day. Thank you Langhorne Starbucks for being awesome always!

The staff at this location are always pleasant and extremely helpful! This Black Friday, we started off our day with Starbucks. Brian was in the drive through and he was an absolute delight! He helped explain star redemption in the app, and was a great start to the morning!

The employees are nice but I placed a mobile order & it was confusing where to pick up the order. They had drinks all over the place. I understand that they're very busy, they desperately need to hire more people

They are very nice, but painfully slow. I waited almost an hour in the drive through. It was a Sunday morning so I imagine that is one of their busier days, but I was still surprised by the wait. Plus the inside was closed. I would go elsewhere if in a rush.

I walked into Starbucks today like a sobbing idiot. Today is the birthday of my best friend, my dog who passed away in February. I uncontrollably sobbed at the register and Frank knew exactly what to do. He suggested a drink and I nodded. He suggested a scone and I nodded in approval again. After I paid he gave me a high five and said “you got this”. Thank god for beautiful people like Frank in this world. I appreciate you sir. Thank you for your kindness

Employees are ignorant the place is a mess, one day I got a coffee and in just a few hours a cold came that lasted over a week I will never go to Starbucks again they’re trying to make you sick

The staff is always friendly at the drive through, and I appreciate you can customize your beverage any way you want: double-blended iced coffee with cream and 2 Splenda. They don't even flinch.

I have gone to the store repeatedly with my wife. Every time I go to this location they tell me they're out of product. If you want actual Starbucks drinks I would suggest going to the Big Oak location where they actual keep up on their supplies and products. The Langhorne location needs to be learn from better stores on how to please their customers.

Drive thru line takes way too long and you can’t even order ahead for this location! Waiting at least 15/20 min MINIMUM just to order. Smh

Employees are rude and lack clear communication skills. Had a barista ready to take my order and then another employee abrupted my order and yelled at him to do another task other than take my order. Got a half hearted apology when she realized how rude that was. I understand stores are busy and I've worked in retail myself in the past but that was not the way to handle a delegation of tasks. Then, I decided to change my order and apologized for the inconveniences and was met with a dismaying disregard. I'm over there standing. "Okay do I need to do anything? " "No you were getting a more expensive drink so now you don't have to do anything. " Me: okay so do I get a refund. Cue a back and forth exchange where she finally clearly states that she meant to say that my new drink is more in price. Hence why there was nothing for me to do. Like at least say that to me the customer instead of me trying to get a cue in of what's going on. When my order was finally ready I didn't get addressed by my name like literally every other Starbucks location does.

Ashley is such a great employee! I come here frequently and buy multiple drinks at a time and she is always so nice and remembers your name making experience even more personable! She should get a raise and a promotion!

It's my Birthday (6/28/83), I awoke to find my GF had stopped and gotten me a Chai latte on her way home from the gym to surprise me.
I just took the kid off to stir and drink it and it's only 60% full! I dont frequent Starbucks and after this birthday disappointment I wont be becoming a regular. I'll just go to WAWA.

DT Line is usually so busy. Drinks are normally good. Staff is friendly. But I’m giving them only 4 stars because the store is never opened on time.
