Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
17This by far was my worst experience in a Starbucks, as someone who works and runs coffee shops in the area being told to shut up in the drive thru is not the customer connection that I believe Starbucks is trying to give than to be smart at the window and basically toss the drinks at me and my husband is unacceptable. I’m sorry but the DM or SM needs to invest time into their staff.
A nice little Starbucks off the mall, this one is free-standing, so you can pull right up to it and not have to go into the mall or the entrance of another store. They have a drive-through, but I always go inside.
Loud, busy, but convenient.
It's coffee and well Starbucks is known for there coffee. Overpriced, which is the norm these days. But convenient.
Overall the place is clean and tidy. Easy parking too. Food is OK for a quick bite. But on the expensive side.
I almost always go thru the drive thru and use the mobile ordering app. I have been pleased with the service and products I've purchased.
It's a nice little Starbucks. Better for the drive through experience than actually going in and sitting down. They get a lot of business and it is very busy.
Need to let customers do their

Very poor customer service. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, which I assumed should be easy enough for the staff to put together within 5 minutes.
After waiting 15 minutes when I checked, it took them a few minutes to figure out they’d mixed up my order. The staff seems too busy attending to drive in customers, and it’s very difficult to get their attention with their headsets on. When I finally got my order they didn’t have the knife included. I couldn’t get it by myself at the stand either given partial covid measures still in place. Again, getting their attention was difficult.
I’m surprised how much downhill customer service at Starbucks has gone. I’m not sure if the staff is spread too thin or just not trained well, but I was very disappointed in the service I got. This wasn’t an isolated incident either- my last 3 visits have been similar with long preparation times and disregard for dine in customers.
The worst starbuck I ever been no wonder some of the people that i know transfer and quit even the customer i know havent been there even some of the customers snatch there item where a little angry because of there slow service so busy talking doing something else.
Let me start with the baristas work very hard— they are not slacking in any way. But they prioritize the drive thru over walking in which means twice now I’ve waited sometimes 20 mins for a cup of cold brew when I could’ve done drive through and cut the whole line. They also need a better system for claiming mobile orders; twice now I’ve waited double or triple the time the app says, finally went up to ask if they had my order and they shrugged and said “I guess someone else took it”. What? ! If that’s a problem then start holding them behind the counter like other locations do.
Have never felt like crying while ordering a drink at starbucks, yet this location did just that.
The coffee was awesome. However, the manager needs to focus on customer service. I was trying to ask for help, and the 3 employees all acted like they were too busy to assist me.
This Starbucks gets really busy in the mornings, so it can take some time to get your food and drinks but they always get it right (at least each time I have gone).
They always seem to be pro positive and upbeat even during the early AM hours. Great place for coffee.
This store is beyond slow and inattentive. They consistently have the longest wait to order both in the drive through AND in store. It’s absolutely absurd.
I’ve literally never successfully gotten a drink here. Of the 5x I went, they were out of oat milk 3x & out of chai syrup 2x (both times before 10am). They were out of pumpkin scones 2x as well. Maybe they don’t expect you to exit the drive through & abandon your order— especially bc ppl often get drinks for coworkers, etc.
Many places would remedy the situation with a free (or discounted) item, or a coupon for $3 off if you spend $15+ in the next 7 days… but those places don’t take their customer base (and their employees) for granted. (Remember when Starbucks wanted to be a “third place, ” after work & home, where people could hang out– sorta like a neighborhood coffee house?)
None of this stuff is the baristas’ fault.
Whether these items are unavailable or they’re ordering less to cut expenses, Starbucks corporate is doing a poor job supporting the baristas who have to tell customers all day that they’re out of pretty basic stuff on a regular basis.
Note: I support the worker-led movement seeking to unionize Starbucks locations in our region & nationwide.
The iced coffees and pumpkin spice drinks were delicious. Also, the service was so friendly and personable. Vanessa is hands down the sweetest, caring, and most upbeat barista I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with at any Starbucks! She is truly a gem and her smile brightens the room. Made our experience that much more pleasant!
They are consistently good but Starbucks are not at all environmentally conscious as they brag to be from what I can see.
The Town Center KoP location is slow as hell! They are too busy talking with each other rather than being efficient. The price is ridiculous for the poor service, but I guess I can’t expect quality from a barista who was “scared by a car horn “ in the drive through! Grow a set and be an adult, do your job and don’t make my dining experience miserable.
