Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
14South Street Starbucks. The staff and drinks are always fine here. Space is limited though (unless there is some secret upstairs that I'm missing).
It's a nice Starbucks that actually has seating (that's not occupied) so it's a rarity for a Starbucks in CC post-COVID. It's inside the Macy's so I think a lot of people forget it's there. Service was good and they had a clean bathroom that hasn't been overrun by junkies or the homeless so that's a plus. A good amount of seating and a clean bathroom makes this one of the best Starbucks in Center City Phillly.
Waited 10 minutes for my drink and when I asked about the response was "uhhh, we're making it", then the drink was shoved in my hand. "You got your drink right? " Seriously, I waited 10 minutes and asked politely only to be treated as if I was a homeless beggar. I paid for this and was treated as I didn't deserve it. Needless to say I will never go to another Starbucks again.
Waited 15 minutes for my drink and the place was empty. Very rude baristas and even worse "supervisor". I won't be back.
Aggressive activists outside the front door demanding you stop and hear their liberal plea and sign their petition is offsetting. Just sell coffee bro.
This is the second time they have taken a mobile order at 9th Street, in between the hours it states they are open, and they were actually closed- what a joke.
Service was ok.except for rude barista.also why do they always ask me for a vaccination card no other store does that.
Out of all the Starbucks in Philadelphia, this is my favorite one. I love the staff, they're super friendly!
I come to this Starbucks pretty regularly and it usually meets my expectations. Although Starbucks is definitely not the best quality coffee place in the area, I do like some of their seasonal drinks. Today I ordered a medium but it was only filled 2/3 of the way. I took this picture before taking a single sip, pretty annoying.
Trusted brands and products, just need educated baristas more specific with drinks how to serving customers with they choices, e.g light whip cream still serve with regular whip cream, not all stores bad but each stores has unique baristas personel some with great skills and some not, sometimes combine that 2 characters
It was close to closing time and hubby decided he wanted coffee. So we ordered their strawberry cheesecake Frappuccino.
It was so good. The servers were very nice and pleasant. I enjoyed the one's server's singing! I truly enjoyed my trip to Philadelphia.
It's Starbucks. Get in, grab your drink of choice, maybe a souvenir, and get back to life. Back to reality.
They make an Awesome Latte. The Staff is pretty friendly on any day of the week normally.
It use to be the ONLY Place on South Street that let you use the Restrooms. But Not Anymore. Which Sucks alot.
Its great service but due to covid I'd download the app and by the time u get there it will be waiting for you.
