Starbucks, Bethlehem PA

1st and only time ill go here. Barely any people and they still can't get my order right order right I order a large is a large mocha with whip cream with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle I get a medium mocha with caramel drizzle. It's coffee it's not rocket science

Drive through was fairly quick and the staff member who took our order was polite and friendly.

The recent remodel is very nice. The drive through is mildly inconvenient, and it's a little bit loud and small for setting up shop with a laptop, but it's sufficient and the service is good.

Prompt and pleasant service. Coffee was excellent as always. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

7162022 remodeled, reopened, fantastic! The new interior is brighter and even better than it was before.
Staff is great as usual. The best Starbucks in the Lehigh Valley.

Every time I come into this Starbucks the boss is yelling at her employees about incredibly small issues - usually across the entire cafe for everyone to hear. It’s really uncomfortable to sit and work on anything; I’d be miserable if I had to work here and always avoid coming inside whenever I can. Maybe she thinks she is benefitting her team by “correcting” them constantly but she seems to have no awareness of how unprofessional SHE is acting.

I am always greeted extremely kindly, especially at the hours that I visit. Coffee & food is fresh and almost always excellent. Highly recommend this location!

I really enjoy this Starbucks! Even though the drive-through is usually very long, they always have extremely fast service! Very well run.

First off we were waiting in the drive through for at least 5 minutes went around to see if they were closed which they weren’t then we saw employees coming out from the back so we went back through she finally awnsered us with attitude and made horrible drinks didn’t heat up our muffin didn’t add any shots of espresso in our coffee so overall tonight sucked and it wasn’t even 7

Everyone is always so friendly in the drive thru! I’ve gone here a million times and they’ve never messed up my order or anything. And they’re always super pleasant. It’s my favorite Starbucks location

Ordered iced expresso—where”s the coffee? More like milk with foam on top! Entire drink was white! —very pricey cup of milk!

People here are always nice and friendly. I take lunch breaks here regularly. I get the matcha green tea latte and it's always tasty. Place is pretty clean generally. I use the app and it's very convenient. Sometimes they get very busy which can slow things down but usually there's no problem

Coffee good as is most Starbucks however service was a bit slow. Cars were pulling out of line. They were doing their best and were very pleasant. Would go there again.

Quick efficient service for me but the prices are still way too high for any type of a cup of coffee

Waited in drive through for twenty minutes, only to have them say they didn't have the things I ordered

This is the worst Starbucks ever… they name their own hours. The website always says they are open when you get there it’s close for some odd reason. And when it’s open the staff is very rude. This is the closer Starbucks to my house and I always end up going to the one on McArthur ave. I will learn my lesson at some point to stop coming to this Starbucks. I don’t recommend at all.

I get the same coffee every morning.when I’m paying over $6 for a coffee, I expect it to be right. I got ridiculous attitude when ordering today after repeating the order 3 times at the drive thru. I finally pull up to the window to pay and get my drink, and before she hands it to me I can see the vsc cold foam is not on top. This makes the drink. I ask her to fix it, she rips the lid off, puts a few drops in leftover in the pitcher, and throws it back at me. I give up, pull away, only to look and see it’s not even my drink! Get it together people, we are all busy at our jobs amd short handed. Tired of excuses!

I would reccomend the one downtown, whenever I put light ice at this location it seems I get more than usual lol. See the pic, this is after taking a bunch of the ice out and I had only taken one sip. Half the drink is gone. Just disappointing that its every time and I wouldn't care so much but the drinks are expensive so I would at least like a little more bang for my buck. Especially since I specifically asked for light ice.
